“Disappointing. Whilst it has a lovely view, the hotel is sandwiched between two roads, the closest being equivalent to a busy A road in the UK. No way you can keep the windows open as a result. Breakfast was rather shambolic, serve yourself coffee/tea via one machine that caused long queues at peak times. Our bedroom was not cleaned for three days before 6 pm, no dry towels or replacement toiletries supplied before we needed to shower. Also the hot water ran out early evening. Despite asking for these issues to be addressed, they were not, nor an apology received. Tea & coffee facilities in the room were less than basic and only one bottle of water supplied in the room for a 9 night stay. That said, the pebble beach is lovely but the volume that the music loop is played at is excessive. The hotel beach bars are used for innumerable parties during which there is no peace or tranquility whatsoever. On one occasion the noise levels were so extreme we had to leave the premises from 3pm until late evening. Sadly this is not a hotel that is well run although the staff are pleasant. I do not consider it deserves its 4 stars for the reasons stated. Not a place to stay if rest and recreation in an efficiently run property is what you are looking for.”

Muito potencial mas não aproveitado pelos proprietários preferem manter o nível médio em vez de dar valor a toda a propriedade. Comida boa também nos restaurantes da praiaServiços presentes mas não disponíveis a 100%. Uniformes de funcionários muito aleatórios. Tipo de hotel tem que dar imediatamente a impressão de lux, infelizmente não é assim.”
