It was a real pleasure for me staying at the Hilton Amsterdam. The Check-In was so friendly and I was valued as an Honors Member. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, enough pillows, sofa, Minibar, Safe, a spacy bathroom with real good products and Last but not least a wonderful view of Amsterdam! The breakfast was a big buffet with fine foods for all tastes and I really enjoyed the very warm welcome at the receptionist the restaurant. That I got a late check out made it perfect at last. Thank you to the team there. Always good to come back to a Hilton - especially to the one in Amsterdam!

Estuvimos 3 noches y nuestra estancia fue estupenda. Destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal incluso la recepcionista se esforzó por hablarnos en español. La habitación muy amplia y confortable, el desayuno muy completo y lo mejor, la ubicación ya que en la misma plaza se encuentra la estación de metro, cogiendo el num 54, llegas a la estación central de Amsterdan en menos de 20min. En esa misma estación también encuentras el tren para el aeropuerto. Si tuviera que volver a Amsterdan no dudaría en repetir hotel. Totalmente recomendable, además cuenta con supermercado justo al lado, comercios y restauración. No se puede pedir más.

It’s a fantastic place to stay for an Amsterdam visit. Rooms are clean, spacious and the junior suite was fabulous. Shout out to the amazing staff at the property that made us feel at home. Lovely breakfast! Also ticks all the boxes for Diamond member benefits.

The canal view was such a highlight of the trip. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had the greatest French toast and nice buffet style selection. The area was great, very quiet but super safe. The building doesn’t look great from the outside but inside it’s so lovely. Great for kids, great for adults also.

Great staff. They do everything they can to help, and they always have a great attitude. Edgar from the Executive Lounge was fun to chat with every evening. I think you won't be disappointed here. Beautiful location. I've had better Hilton breakfasts, but this one was still very good and substantial. The staff there were helpful as well. The one thing big negative was that the King room didn't have any kind of substantial desk or table. So, working or eating in-room here was difficult.

The rooms are well appointed, the canal views wonderful, and the staff a joy. Each member of the staff makes you feel they do care that you have a wonderful stay. If you pick hotels that have great gyms, choose the Hilton. The gym is private and but free to use for hotel guests.

I stayed twice in this hotel in a span of 3 months. I arrived early from the airport and my room wasn’t ready. I was asked to wait which is ok, however both times my room wasn’t ready long past official check in time. I ended up waiting 5+ hours. I tried checking in my luggage to storage to go for a meeting but concierge wasn’t there, had to leave the hotel with my suitcase. I really expected more from a 5 start hotel which charges the rate they do.

Wonderful location in a nice area, no far from the center (just a 25 minutes walk to reach the Museum area). The building is charming and you can drink and eat in front of a nice channel. The staff is professional and pretty kind (everywhere: reception, lounge, doors)

The Hilton is a nice hotel outside the city center. We stayed here for a conference recently. The hotel is situated right on the river in a tranquil location in a charming neighborhood. The staff was helpful and friendly and overall we had a great stay. The rooms were nice - there could be some improvement with the shower as it was a little dated with the bathtub arrangement. Not sure if anyone takes a bath in a hotel room that is used by so many people but I understand that's how they were built some time ago. Might be time for an upgrade as this would greatly improve the bathroom. There was also no real desk to work at and being there for a business conference this was challenging. We did have a wonderful view of the river though and although the room was small (expected for Europe) the bed was very comfortable and the room met our general needs overall. Room service was a bit lacking in general but I heard that was a complaint of others as well as they may have been a bit understaffed like so many hotels are. We ordered food one night when we got home and it never came. Thankfully the staff removed it from our bill. A couple little improvements and this becomes a 5 star experience for us. If you are looking for a good option away from the general Amsterdam city/party scene the Hilton is a good option. It is definitely a cab ride to the city center or a fairly long walk if you are looking for the regular Amsterdam scene.

Todo el personal muy amable, la habitación tenia la 718 y me cambiaron a la 318, no se como era la otra pero para ser un hotel 5 estrellas y contratar una habitación superior, la verdad que un poco justa comparado con otros hoteles de la misma categoría que he visitado

Excelente todo! Nos atendieron de mil maravillas! Debido al COVID no podían abrir el restaurante, por lo que siguieron funcionando con room service. Nos habilitaron una sala de trabajo con vista al río preciosa!

Buen hotel, buen servicio, muy buen desayuno donde está incluido el plato del día preparado por el chef, además te puedes pedir también incluido pancakes y omeletes. La habitaciones se están poniendo viejas aunque todavía están bien, cuentan con un excelente baño, toallas, tabla y plancha con dos almohadas enormes, una dura y otra suave. No tienen habitaciones para alérgicos por lo que en todas las habitaciones hay alfombra. El parqueo es caro por día (35 eur). Te cobrarán el impuesto de la ciudad por día (11 euros) y el servicio de minibar de la habitación es automático, así que si por equivocación tomas algo para ver qué es este se te cargará a tu habitación, pero será descontado si informas que no lo has consumido. Recomiendo las habitaciones que dan al río. Tiene un bar café de ensueño y una terrazaenorme y muy agradable para disfrutar del sol y la vista al río. En el hotel venden entradas para diversos parques y museos. En resumen yo recomiendo este hotel sin duda.

Muy buen trato, estupendo restaurante. Perfecto para niños y a un paso de los museos (Van Gogh y Rijsmuseum). Es famoso por la foto de John Lennon y Yoko Ono en la cama, en su campaña sobre la paz en los años 60 del siglo pasado.

El hotel no es malo, pero ya tiene unos años y necesita una modernización. El personal de la recepción no me parecía atento, parecían un poco molestos.Lo bueno es la vista del hotel y el jardín.
