Stayed the weekend,first time at this hilton hotel we had a great time,really close walking 🚶‍♂️ distance to bars 🍻 🍹 our breakfast was complementary 💎 members.very helpful staff upon arrival our first room was a little 🔥 ac wasn't working 🥵 so they upgraded us to a suite 👍🥶 awesome !! the only reason i gave it 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ cause the hallways were ☀️ they really need to get that fixed since i did read a few post's prior regarding same issue.figured it would be fixed by now but i guess as long as we have ac in the rooms it's all good 🤷‍♂️ we will return 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️💨

Great location if you’re looking for a night out in the Gaslamp. Service desk was polite and helpful. Room was clean. One thing to note is try to secure a room on the other side of the train tracks. It does get loud.

Really liked the hotel. Especially liked the location. Lots of food, fun, within walking distance. Good place for kids too. Nice breakfast. Good service/staff.

We had a great stay here- I don’t see what the issues were in the loft where we were. Further away from main desk but no big deal. No mechanical issues, great view, ( aside from noise but that’s to be expected on a Friday and Saturday night with restaurants.) I’d give it a 5 but the desk forgot to tell us a few things. No housekeeping unless you ask for it. ( Covid issue maybe?) I found this sweet house keeper in hall and was able to get some towels and coffee supplies. Her name was Lourdes Rodriguez so if management sees this I hope you reward her her. She came right down and helped us out. The other thing, which was even MORE important is that we are Diamond members, (which is a free breakfast if use pick a certain one) anyway, they also didn’t tell us upon checking that we had $25 to spend in the snack room. We lost out on all day Saturday but loaded up on Sunday. Not telling us is kinda like taking money you earned from staying/paying on their properties. The desk said it was to late to claim but I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. Having said that the front desk, the breakfast servers, (Steve) here’s another management! Again would give 5 for staff and nice room but the $25 really irked me.

Stayed here two nights for Christmas Eve and Christmas and was really disappointed. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. Given that the cheapest rooms are well over $200/night once you include all the ridiculous taxes and fees they should at least provide you with hand soap. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, but that's about all I can say for our visit. I've honestly had better amenities at roadside motels. Some issues from our stay: - No hand soap was provided, only a tiny bit of body wash. (??? we're in a pandemic??) We even asked for soap and was told it wasn't provided. We literally had to go out and buy soap to wash our hands. - Inside door handle on bathroom was missing so it was hard to open and close the bathroom door from the inside - The barn door for the bathroom blocks no sound/smell. It looks cute but it's entirely impractical. - Bathroom fixtures were wobbly and not fully attached - Toilet paper holder wasn't fully attached to the wall causing the toilet paper to fall off and roll onto the floor. - The frame around the artwork in the bathroom was very scratched up and unsightly - The refrigerator in the room made a high-pitched sound that was so loud we had to unplug it - Valet parking was $5 more/night than the website advertised
