“Pretty good experience overall, but i would not repeat the vacation at the same resort. The water is always warm, the sun, palm trees and sand are all beautiful.
Most important negative is the beach which is naturally full of algae, despite the barriers and their efforts, we were still going into the water in front of the other resorts, to the left or right, because of the algae and the barriers for the algae which were like large obstacles in the way. In the promotion pictures this is not as advertised.
The room was pretty nice, but everything was barely working. The A/C worked good, but had a bad smell, the door locks, had functioning difficulties, clunky and noisy, woke us up to open a door, the jacuzzi was barely working, maybe 1 or 2 nozzles were strong enough to feel an effect, the rest were just puffed, but i was told this is normal functioning, twice.
The personnel are trying their best to accommodate you, but will also try to cheat you out of your money, every chance they get. Also, some of them, sometimes they cross the line and are also, sometimes impolite, despite always smiling and their forced (over)friendliness.
The food is good enough, but they are stingy with the good bits, which i liked (guacamole, nutella, some fruits, etc.) were available just theoretically, for about 5% of the guests, some things i never could find, or got just once, dining there twice a day, over more than ten days! It gets a bit frustrating trying to get the things they wave in front of you day after day after day, every day of your vacation, even asking for them is not working... leaves a bitter taste. Pizza, pasta, omelette and fish stands were very good almost all the time, so all good here.
The second worst negative is the fact that in every weekend, the locals were allowed into the resort for the weekend. the atmosphere takes a turn for the worst, and that is to say the least.”

“El protocolo de Covid deja mucho que desear. No había mascarillas en los restaurantes ni en recepción. Los de servicio siempre tenían la frase "no le sabría decir" en vez de un "déjeme investigarle que no conozco esa información". Falta mucho servicio de calidad. El servicio de limpieza fue nulo. No reponían nada. No teníamos ni blower, ni plancha. La comida es variada y buena pero no excelente. El servicio de transporte dentro del hotel es muy bueno, amables. Es un hotel bueno tienen mucha amabilidad pero les falta el dar verdadera atención al cliente. Disposición de ayudar. Y si van a pedir mascarilla para entrar a cualquier lugar que haya disponibles dentro del hotel.”
