“We spent 2 nights with our children. Amazing doesn't come close to describing our stay. The staff went above and beyond, especially the service staff for breakfast. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the staff were first class, especially John I think he was called who was in charge of running the breakfast service. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and room was toasty and warm even with the cold nights. We can't wait to return and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends. The staff should all be so proud of the amazing job they do and we truly appreciate the fantastic service we received during our stay.”

“Very run down and very disappointed. Room service hadn’t arrived after over half an hour and when I checked “they had only just received it”. Spa bath wasn’t working and when asked about it we were told they had all been switched off! Continental breakfast was very expensive for not a lot. Cooked looked ok but we didn’t order. Bar wasn’t operating. We had been told it had a few refurbishments, couldn’t see where. There was a constant water drip in the middle of the lobby that was ignored till we slipped in the puddle created. Just very dissatisfied with whole experience and won’t be back. Love Rotorua and have stayed many times. Overpriced and underwhelmed sadly.”
