“Atmosphere was great. Perfect get away if you want something that isn’t the classic “hotel”. This place will 100% wow you, from the indoor pool, spa, roof top bar, bath in room with a view and amazing breakfast views.
Staff were also amazing, anytime we needed anything they were at our doors as soon as possible.
The place is also designed to be very modern with technology.
Only downside is we stayed 2 nights but only had 2 small bottles of water given. And the food service were also lacking in quality (compared to what we had in the bar and breakfast). We ordered fish and chips, but instead it was a boiled potato cut into 4 pieces and baked with a piece of fish. A little bit disappointing as there are plenty of good places around instead. Lack of clarity on what actually fish and chips is on the menu.”

“The room was nice, but for the price the service is really appalling.
The bathroom had both of the shower gel dispensers empty when we arrived. It took multiple calls and at least an hour of waiting to get this sorted and just for two extra towels.
The quilt had no quilt cover, just a bare quilt. Maybe this is how it was supposed to be??
Our plates, cutlery and food scraps from lunch, sat outside of the room from 3:30pm until after 2am.
It can’t be helped but the overnight food menu was completely out of stock supposedly.
At breakfast the next day. The full breakfast selection for $50 per person. My partner and I ordered almost identical choices. Yet, not only did they come out at different times, she had to call a waiter over to get her drink and her sides and one of the main portions of the breakfast.
Three different times! Not only this but her portions were being sent out at completely different times to mine. They could try and time this a bit better.
