The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are perfect and things like the restaurants and gym are very well thought out and add to the experience. The apartments are excellent, private and always close to everything you need, the service for them also fast and subtle. I think they find balance around the main pool during the day; cool music etc and a cool atmosphere. Honestly, I don’t know from where to start! We visited W Mina Seyahi on our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience of our lives!The people that work here are as if they are your best friend that you know for ever since you were a kid. Everyone with a genuine smile and a true desire to create the best memories for you! I have never ever been to a hotel with such an amazingly kind staff!! Congratulations for each and every one them!!Especially, I would like to thank my dear Constantina for creating so many unforgettable experiences for us!! This girl is a gem! We loved the W hats, and she brought us two hats in our room as a surprise! We had some reservations at some of Dubai’s best restaurants, she made sure we had great tables and treatment. But most of all, something that was really unforgettable, she made a video with the whole W team, wishing us for our honeymoon!! I mean, who does that?? You must really love what you are doing and be really passionate about it to devote so much time!! Constantina, thank you so so much!!Moreover, our dear Prarthana at Ginger moon. Such a lovely and caring girl. From the first day, she would remember our coffee and breakfast preferences. She would take extra great care of us. Even on the last day, were she couldn’t see us, she sent us drinks at our room to say goodbye! We already miss you Prarthana and wish we could have seen you in our last day. All of the people were very caring, they even wrote us in Greek letters a message wishing us to enjoy our breakfast!!As for the hotel, it is so luxurious, so gorgeous, our room was spacious and with an amazing Ain view. The pool area with that stunning view of the towers behind and Ain on the side, was incredible!! The food at the pool was delicious! The location is great, close to malls, the beach,Dubai Marina and many more I can’t recall. Everything you need, in your hands.Wish I could be back right now! And without any second thought, I would visit W Mina Seyahi again and again!!Thank you each and every one of you for the unforgettable & lovely honeymoon we had!! ❤️

Stayed at this magnificent hotel from 9th to 13th July. What I can say is WOW the service is the best in Dubai hands down. This is what service should look like. The staff just amazing especially Constantina who just took care of our needs. Took extra care of my 10 year old offered an xbox which just made his stay extra special. So thank you W team. We stayed in a marvoluse suite which I would highly recommend. The hotel decor was just amazing. Ginger moon is a must had the dinner set menu exceptional. The bar at the lobby amazing. Do not miss the coffee at the W store they have their own customised Brazilian blend thanks Mia for making my morning buzz. All in all defiantly will be back. One thing to note music from barasti will keep you up if your an early sleeper as it stops at 2 amand yes with the balcony shut if your facing the sea. See you soon W.

Visiting Dubai for the first time, we arrived at the W with great excitement. The experience we ended up having was better than we could have ever imagined. From the moment we checked into the hotel, we were cared for by exceptional staff that paid great attention-to-detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. At the Ginger Moon restaurant, Yuroslav and the rest of the team provided amazing service and ensured that our meals were delicious. Constantina and Jessica are also kind and amazing members of the W staff; they went the extra mile by preparing personalized cakes, crafts and messages for two members of our party celebrating important milestones. We had lots of fun using the Polaroid camera provided for us and captured what are now lifelong memories for us all. In addition to the kind and wonderful staff, the uniquely beautiful hotel décor and clean rooms made it the perfect stay. We will miss the W and one day hope to be back.

We stayed for 1 night to celebrate anniversary here. The team is really dedicated to ensure your experience is great. We were welcomed by a very pretty and tasty complimentary heart shaped desert, balloons and a bath bomb. During the whole stay we were approached multiple times and asked if everything was going well and in case of any comments, things were sorted out immediately. In general, the interior is very sophisticated, food is great, all staff are very welcoming. One friendly comment - the pool water is too cold (at least for me).

Beautiful place with amazing “unconventional” interior which is really appealing. I haven’t spent any nights there yet but we held a small one night conference and it was magnificent. I can see that this hotel will have great attraction. Would love to try the bar area downstairs but maybe next time I’m there, the place is definitely worth exploring.

One of my favorite W Hotels and as a Bonvoy member with Ambassador status, I’ve stayed at quite a few properties, the team here is amazing, never have I seen so many smiles and helpful staff. I used suite nights to upgrade to a huge Marvelous suite with stunning views. The welcome gift was an impressive array of fruit and chocolate mastery, plus we picked a card for a free appetizer at check in. A special thank you to Pamela, who organised all the details of our stay ahead of time and was very helpful and responsive. The property is well located with a beautiful lobby and gardens, the wet deck has views to the Palm with again excellent service at Ginger Moon where we also enjoyed a welcome cocktail! Great choice in Dubai.
