Foi horrível! Trocamos de quarto 3 vezes devido aos chuveiros não funcionarem. Havia um morcego morto no meio do saguão e quando mencionei isso na recepção me disseram que ele só come insetos e não me incomoda! Estava morto, então tenho certeza de que não "incomodaria" ninguém, mas ainda custava quase US $ 180 por noite, algo que eu não gostaria de ver. As cabeceiras da cama estavam rasgadas em vários lugares. As luminárias na sala pareciam ser fixadas por crianças, pois eram muito soltas. As camas eram duras como pedra e travesseiros muito finos. It was horrible! We switched rooms 3 times due to the showers not working. There was a dead bat in the middle of the lobby and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told it just eats bugs and wouldn't bother me! It was dead so I'm sure it wasn't going to "bother" anybody but still at almost $180 per night not something I want to see. The headboards were torn in several places. The fixtures in the room seemed to be attached by toddlers as they were very loose. The beds were rock hard and pillows very thin. Whole outlets didn't work as well as the phones didn't work so couldn't call to the front desk. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at me several times as if my complaints were unfounded! I thought I was getting a nice cushy room for what I was spending. DO NOT waste your money here. The restaurant was mediocre and like the hotel not worth the money.

Ótimo lugar, tinha um quarto de canto com vista para a rua principal. Foi um pouco de ruído do tráfego único problema. O restaurante era 5 estrelas também! Excelente parada em nossas motocicletas. Mal posso esperar para fazer de novo!

Amei o visual do hotel online e dirigimos 6 horas para fazer um refúgio agradável e caminhar / andar de caiaque na área. Infelizmente, a limpeza do hotel não se parece em nada com as fotos online. Os travesseiros estavam manchados e sem capas de travesseiro. A cabeceira da cama estava rasgada. Não parecia muito limpo. Ficamos muito desapontados e até nos ofereceram para verificar um segundo quarto no hotel e foi tão ruim. Faça o que fizer, não reserve através de terceiros, pois será cobrada uma taxa de cancelamento. Foi tão ruim que pagamos a taxa apenas para sair de ficar lá. Acabamos no Hampton Inn by Hilton e eles foram muito acolhedores. Acontece que eles tiveram vários outros convidados que passaram pela mesma coisa.

Me encantó el aspecto del hotel en línea y condujimos 6 horas para tener una buena escapada y hacer una caminata / kayak en la zona. Desafortunadamente, la limpieza del hotel no se parece en nada a las fotografías en línea. Las almohadas estaban manchadas y no había fundas de almohada. La cabecera estaba rota. No se sentía muy limpio. Estábamos muy decepcionados e incluso nos ofrecieron ir a una segunda habitación en el hotel y fue igual de malo. Hagas lo que hagas, no hagas la reserva a través de un tercero porque se te cobrará una tarifa de cancelación. Fue tan malo que pagamos la tarifa solo para no quedarnos allí. Terminamos en el Hampton Inn by Hilton y fueron muy serviciales. Resulta que han tenido varios otros invitados que han experimentado lo mismo.

Great place, had corner room overlooking main street. Was a bit of traffic noise only issue. The restaurant was 5 star also! Great stop over on our motorcycles. Can't wait to do it again!

Loved the look of the hotel online and we drove 6 hours to have a nice getaway and hike/kayak in the area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. The pillows were stained and no pillow covers. The headboard was ripped. It did not feel very clean. We were very disappointed and we were even offered to check out a second room at the hotel and it was just as bad. Whatever you do, do not book through a third party because you will be charged a cancellation fee. It was so bad that we paid the fee just to get out of staying there. We ended up at the Hampton Inn by Hilton and they were very accommodating. Turns out they have had several other guests who have experienced the same thing.

A nice little hotel. Staff was friendly. I love the look of the place. The bed and other furniture was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. As might be expected in a historical building, the arrangement of doors and fixtures might be a problem if you have accessibility issues. The Presidential Suite has two bathrooms but the doors block each other - they should probably swing inward instead of outward. The rooms aren’t very soundproofed - a lot of road noise and you can hear everything from the hallway. Parking was easy but might be tight if the hotel is full. Not really any vending available and not a lot available within easy walking distance but just a short drive away. No pool but the suite had a nice jetted tub. The view out onto the lower roof could use a touch of paint or plants or something to make it as attractive as the rest. Be aware of the staircases as one spirals at the top and can be a bit of a surprise if you were expecting the other that is straight. It is a fun touch but requires a tad more grace than the other.

Ótimo lugar histórico para se visitar ao passar por Arkansas. Paramos aqui a caminho de Hot Springs. Não há muito o que fazer na cidade, mas nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia aqui. Rose trabalhou na recepção e foi muito prestativa e educada. Há um restaurante muito legal no interior com música ao vivo à noite. Este é um hotel verdadeiramente histórico e tem uma atmosfera única! Eles atualizaram nosso quarto sem nenhum custo e há uma ótima opção de estacionamento subterrâneo que leva à direita para uma porta lateral. Certamente recomendaria para quem procura um lugar seguro e limpo para ficar!

Gran lugar histórico para visitar al pasar por Arkansas. Paramos aquí de camino a Hot Springs. No hay mucho que hacer en la ciudad, pero disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia aquí. Rose trabajaba en la recepción y fue muy servicial y educada. Hay un restaurante realmente genial en el interior con música en vivo por las noches. Este es verdaderamente un hotel histórico y tiene una atmósfera única. Mejoraron nuestra habitación sin cargo y hay una excelente opción de estacionamiento subterráneo que conduce directamente a una puerta lateral. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un lugar seguro y limpio para quedarse.

Great historical place to visit when going through Arkansas. We stopped here on our way to Hot Springs. There is not much to do in town but we really enjoyed our stay here. Rose worked the front desk and was so helpful and polite. There is a really cool restaurant inside with live music in the evenings. This is truly a historical hotel and has a very unique atmosphere! They upgraded our room with no charge and there is a great parking option underground that leads right to a side door. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a safe, clean place to stay!
