“Thank you for making the Andaz feel like home. I stayed at the Andaz for a month with my husband & the service was impeccable. From the moment I was inquiring to actually arriving and up until the last night, the Andaz staff were very accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are beyond kind, friendly and very attentive to all details. Lillian from breakfast, Mahmoud, Jacob and Marc made the place feel even more like home. It is definitely my Munich “home” from now on. Special thanks goes to Bastian, who put up with all my inquiries and random requests. I can’t wait to stay here again!”
