Não sou de escrever comentários, mas este hotel é o pior que já estive na minha vida. A recepcionista foi extremamente rude e quando relatado, DeAndre, o gerente geral apoiou o mau comportamento alegando que é sua irmã, ele gritou comigo e se recusou a mudar meu quarto, apesar de outros quartos estarem disponíveis. Ele se recusa a mudar de quarto a menos que eu pague outro dinheiro por outro quarto e alegou que posso denunciá-lo à Corporação porque ele é o gerente geral, então será ele quem receberá minha reclamação e nada acontecerá, afirmou. Fui colocado em um quarto sujo que eles se recusaram a mudar para mim, parecia que não era limpo há dias com fraldas de bebê sujas na lata de lixo como evidenciado na foto abaixo. O banheiro estava sujo e havia cabelos por toda parte, incluindo a cama. Acordei com o nariz entupido e passei mal. Já era tarde da noite para sair do hotel e senti que minha vida estava em perigo, alguém ficava batendo na porta do meu quarto durante a noite, eu estava com medo pela minha vida. Por favor, evite este hotel a todo custo. O pior atendimento que eu já tive, eu contei a eles sobre o péssimo estado do quarto, eles insistiram que eu ficasse com meu nariz entupido e eles não ofereceram reembolso ou desculpas, nada! Eles não se importam nem um pouco, não seguem os protocolos da Covid e se você estiver trabalhando na área de saúde, evite o hotel. Todo mundo deve evitar este lugar para evitar adoecer, para um hotel novo, é muito mal administrado. A pia é mal projetada e a água quase não flui! Eu posso continuar falando sobre o mau estado, por favor EVITE !!!

I am not one to write reviews but this hotel is the worst I have ever been to in my life. The receptionist was extremely rude and when reported, DeAndre, the general manager supported the bad behavior claiming that is his sister, he yelled at me and refused to change my room despite other rooms being available. He refuses to change my room unless I pay another money for another room and claimed that I can report him to Corporate because he is the General manager, so he will be the one to receive my complaint and nothing will happen, he stated. I was put in a dirty room that they refused to change for me, it looked like it was not cleaned for days with dirty baby diapers in the trash can as evidenced in the photo below. The restroom was dirty and there were hairs everywhere including the bed. I woke up with stuffed nose and got sick. It was too late at night to leave the hotel and I felt my life was in danger, someone kept knocking on my room’s door throughout the night, I was scared for my life. Please avoid this hotel at all cost. The worst customer service I have ever had, I told them about the bad condition of the room they insisted I stay in along with my stuffed nose and they did not offer a refund or apology, nothing! They do not care at all, they do not follow Covid protocols and if you are working in healthcare, please avoid the hotel. Everyone should avoid this place to avoid getting sick, for a new hotel, It is very badly managed. The sink is badly designed and water barely flow! I can go on and on regardingx the poor condition, please AVOID!!!

Clean, modern, affordable Overall Avid is very clean and affordable, if you need a place to stop for the night, I highly recommend them. Being a relatively new hotel, it has all the modern conveniences, from USB charging ports in the outlets to guest services integrated into the TV. The rooms are on the smaller side but fine for 1 or 2 nights. Bathroom was clean and nice size. I found the bed to be very comfortable with 2 different types of pillows, firm and soft. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Getting to the hotel can be a little tricky, especially at night, the entrance is not clearly marked and easily passed by, even when using navigation.

Pros- room was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. They had a great variety of breakfast foods to choose from. Cons: Room was a little too small. Customer service could've been better. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

Bonito, limpio y nuevo edificio. Camas cómodas. Esta sencilla y útil repisa para los pies en la ducha fue una buena idea. ¡Pero! ¿De quién fue la idea de poner este grifo inútil? Difícilmente puedes lavarte las manos. ☹️ Un poco ruidoso en el nivel inferior.

Nice, clean, new building. Comfortable beds. This simple, useful foot ledge in the shower was a good idea. But! Whose idea was it to put in this little useless faucet? You can hardly wash your hands. ☹️ A little noisy on the bottom level.

Wish we found this hotel sooner! It was perfect for what we needed! This hotel is very new, safe and super clean. Bonus is they’re pet friendly, and set away from the busy parts of town. Always great to get good rest and a clean shower while traveling. The folks in the front desk here are so friendly and helpful here! We will be using this hotel again for all our future visits.

CLEAN! Really awesome customer service! Even when we forgot a personalized item after driving an hour 😅, called and they house cleaning found! Held at front desk until we got 2hrs later! Personal service is 100% worth paying for! Breakfast was wonderful in options of 3 types of breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, etc. Coffee good which doesn't always happen 😋! Thank you so much for taking care of us!!!
