“This is a newer motel, but it is part of the IHG chains. The motel was modern and clean. Rooms are a little narrow, but it is not an issue. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and beds were nice. One thing I did enjoy was that the rooms have bigger TV's. Bathroom was nice and clean. The lobby has a store in case you need some basics that you might of forgot without having to leave the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Everything is packaged, but was still good and the coffee is fresh ground beans. Price is great for what the hotel has to offer. We did have a small mix up with them charging our card wrong, but they made it right and it was not a big deal. Overall great hotel and will stay again on our way through Kansas.”

This is a newer motel, but it is part of the IHG chains. The motel was modern and clean. Rooms are a little narrow, but it is not an issue. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet and beds were nice. One thing I did enjoy was that the rooms have bigger TV's. Bathroom was nice and clean. The lobby has a store in case you need some basics that you might of forgot without having to leave the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Everything is packaged, but was still good and the coffee is fresh ground beans. Price is great for what the hotel has to offer. Eu normalmente fico em hotéis IHG (principalmente Holiday Inn) quando viajo, mas pensamos em tentar com a nova linha Avid.De cima a baixo foi uma ótima estadia e é um espaço bem contemporâneo. Os quartos são limpos, minimalistas e voltados para a tecnologia. Normalmente me alojo en hoteles IHG (principalmente Holiday Inn) cuando viajo, pero pensé en probar la nueva línea Avid.De arriba a abajo, fue una gran estancia y es un espacio muy contemporáneo. Las habitaciones son limpias, minimalistas y orientadas a la tecnología. El mejor gimnasio de hotel en el que he estado hasta ahora.En comparación, parecía estar a la par de los hoteles Aloft en términos de opciones de diseño y características. Definitivamente estaré atento para quedarme en más de estos en el futuro.

¡Nuestra estadía fue genial! La recepción, especialmente Jessica, fue muy acogedora y servicial. El hotel es realmente bonito y limpio. El desayuno era bueno y tenía una buena variedad. Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable. Definitivamente regresaremos.

I typically stay at IHG hotels (mostly Holiday Inn) when traveling, but thought we'd take a shot with the new Avid line. From top to bottom it was a great stay and is a very contemporary space. Rooms are clean, minimalist, and tech-oriented. Best hotel gym I've been in so far, too. As a comparison, it seemed to be about in-par with Aloft hotels in terms of design and feature choices. Will definitely keep an eye out to stay in more of these in the future.

Our stay was great! The front desk especially Jessica was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is real nice and clean. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Thank you for making our stay so nice. We will definitely return.

Pior experiência de hotel de sempre! O quarto não era muito limpo, especialmente por ser um hotel mais recente. Acabamos tendo grilos dentro do nosso quarto e para cima e para baixo nos corredores, alguns estavam mortos esmagados no chão e nas paredes, outros ainda estavam vivos e cantando a noite toda em nosso quarto! Havia também um meio-fio muito barulhento estacionado do lado de fora de nossa janela que dava partida no motor a cada 20 a 30 minutos e acelerava ocasionalmente, aumentando a noite muito barulhenta e sem dormir que suportamos. Os telefones nos quartos não funcionam e aquele A máquina de gelo que eles têm para todo o prédio também foi quebrada. Depois de ligar várias vezes para a recepção do meu celular pessoal e informá-los dos problemas que eles sugeriram após as 2 da manhã para nos mudarmos para o quarto ao lado, mas não poderia garantir que não havia grilos dentro daquele. Nós vamos. O funcionário disse que eles tiveram uma infestação poucos dias antes e alguém veio e pulverizou o prédio, mas aparentemente não pegou todos enquanto ria disso. Então, depois de uma noite sem dormir, as portas estavam batendo muito alto a partir das 6h da manhã e não pararam. Depois de falar com Ron, o gerente, na manhã seguinte e mostrar a ele os vídeos de The loud semi do lado de fora de nossa janela, bem como o chilrear contínuo dos grilos dentro de nosso quarto, ele nos garantiu que receberíamos um reembolso total. Worst hotel experience ever! The room was not very clean especially for being a newer hotel. We ended up having crickets both inside our room and up and down the halls, some were squished dead on the floors and the walls others were still alive and chirping all night long in our room! There was also a very loud semi parked just outside of our window that would start its motor every 20 to 30 minutes and revved it occasionally adding to the very loud and sleepless night that we endured.The phones in the rooms do not work and the one ice machine that they have for the entire building was also broken. After calling the front desk multiple times From my personal cell phone and informing them of the problems they suggested after 2 o’clock in the morning to move us to the room next-door but could not guarantee that they were no crickets inside that one as well. The employee said they had an infestation just days before and had someone come and spray the building but apparently didn’t get them all as he laughed about it. So after a night of no sleep, doors were slamming very loudly starting at 6am and didn’t stop. After Speaking to Ron the manager the next morning and showing him the videos of The loud semi just outside our window as well as the continuous crickets chirping inside of our room, he assured us that we would receive a full refund. After following up with Ron over two weeks later he did nothing and we were charged over $150 for the worst hotel stay ever! The online rate we were quoted was for only $89. For a new hotel, this one is nasty! Save your money and stay anywhere but here!

Never used Avid before, but wanted to try as this was a fairly new location. I’ll go through the pros / cons below.Pros: mostly clean, convenient location, decent shower head with like a fine mist setting; variety in their on site goods storeCons: no carpet - so all noise on your floor you hear; very minimalist - not really any frills in the room; ran out of bottled water; bed is like sinking in a hole - no support or structure; very limited tv channelsOther comments on the floors and interstate noise really didn’t concern me - the noise issue is when you have loud people on your floor, there is nothing to drown it out.Bad experience- not really; but doubt I’d do it again. Nice looking Holiday Inn close by I’d try next time.

I really liked this hotel. Very efficient, in a good way. Room wasn't big, but the bed was great and the bath/shower was awesome. No in-room coffee maker [just one example of the efficiency comment] but there's fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7. Ron was at the counter tonight and he was a great host. Very professional with just the right amount of character. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 was the live TV lineup. CNN is listed right up top, but Fox News was way at the bottom. *****AND***** Fox News is actually programmed to Fox Business. So in the evening (when most people are in their rooms) all you get is meaningless fluff programming from Fox Business. There are no Hillary Clinton pictures on the wall, but there's distinct Marxist Socialism smell in the air. ;- l

Talk about some hospitality. Staff was great… we came in late and were quite tired. They were patient with us and willing to make sure we felt like we were home. Comfy beds, great showers and cool layout. It’s hard to please my parents and they loved it as well. Superb breakfast with a good amount of healthy options. I have a lot of friends that drive to Colorado from Oklahoma and definitely would recommend this place if they need a stopping point to stay.
