Great clean hotel, friendly staff and large comfortable rooms. We stayed for only one night, it was on the first floor near the lobby, lobby was really loud and music played to late into the night.

Clean hotel & room, comfortable bed & great service! It is a no frills hotel so if you want coffee etc. you have to go to the lobby. Free take & go breakfast with minimal choices but it is free. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I checked in with someone who had followed me into the hotel from outside. She was improperly wearing her face covering, reminded me several times that she was new and didn't know what she was doing. When I finally got up to my room, I was unable to get on wifi, spent hours calling down to the front desk to NO ANSWER. I couldn't go down in person because I had two babies with me. The room was pitiful, not even a microwave and no dresser. My vehicle was broken into and I had items stolen, even though my car was literally RIGHT NEXT to the entrance, and the whole lobby is all large glass windows, so any staff - if there were any working - would have witnessed it happening and just let it happen (unless of course they were busy perpetrating the break-in when I was attempting to call down to them). When I alerted the hotel staff the next morning, when I discovered my car wide open in the parking lot - after it had likely been like that for several hours since the night before - they acted totally clueless, and this staff member also said she was new and didn't know about any security on site or protocol. Upon check-out, I was told the computer system was down and they couldn't give me a receipt, so they had me write down my email address to email it to me... never got that, either. I contacted customer service about my stay the next day, and they have not responded to me, either. What a terrible experience on all fronts. If you stay here, do not expect any kind of hospitality. I suspect an inside job - that one of the staff robbed me - because of the lack of communication, protection, or information they were willing to give me. I refuse to believe that no one knew what happened to my car since it was clearly visible at all times. Why did no one answer the phone when I called over 5 times? This place is the WORST, and you are putting yourself and your possessions at risk if you stay here. This hotel has no business being in operation.
