“I highly recommend you not staying at this hotel. Very poor management and don’t treat you as a guest. >Canceled my room upon checking-in after checking a week in advanced and two days prior. >finding a room only to walk in on another couple sleeping in the room. >Management isn’t available during the weekend (Mon-Fri only) >requested a microwave to be placed in my room and management to call me back (never did). >Finally spoke with front-end manager on the phone and they stated both rooms will be comp off one night. >Explained my situation to another older gentleman who worked there but referred me to speak with the staff . Later to find out that gentleman was the owner of the property. No professionalism to solve my issues. >Checked out Sunday and they comp one room but not the other room which they stated they would. Lied straight to my face. Danielle who checked us in was very polite and had more professionalism than the management and owner but I still wouldn’t prefer this hotel to anyone. Calling IHG wasn’t any help either. I highly recommend staying in an established hotel chain like Hilton, Marriott or any other better chain than this one.”

“Overall I had no major qualms with this location. Yes the rooms are a bit on the small side but I didn't spend much time in them except the sleep which the bed was probably one of the first hotel beds that didn't wreck my back. My only minor complaint with the room was the lack of a microwave, although they did have one accessible in the lobby at all ours. Amenities were fine breakfast was always well stocked in the morning and the gym was always clean. I liked that it was right off the highway so easy access when getting to and from downtown area.”
