There is a young lady working here tonight who goes out of her way to make you love the experience staying at this hotel. She checked me in and had me feeling that I can’t wait to return here. I went out with friends to return 3 hours later and this same young woman putting up all the Christmas trees and decorations with the biggest smile on her face. I will most definitely stay at this hotel whenever I visit Boston. The property is very well maintained, modern and the staff was awesome💯. On top of that, the price was very affordable, definitely worth it. I'm recommending the property to any first time visitors to Boston. Don't rent downtown if you have no need, cause Severe is just 10 minutes on the out skirts and airport👍🏾

This place is EXCELLENT for its price point. Customer Service was great and very accommodating. Complimentary coffee was on point and they even had sparkling water availability. 👌 Everything was very clean. Would 100% recommend.

Ficamos aqui 3 noites e apreciamos o transporte gratuito de e para o aeroporto. Os quartos eram limpos e básicos e ofereceram produtos do Dr. Watkins para o banho. De manhã, eles oferecem sanduíches para o café da manhã, cereais, iogurte ETC ... um bônus é poder moer seus próprios grãos para o seu café. Chegando e saindo de Boston sem um veículo, você pode pegar um ônibus do outro lado da rua do hotel para a Linha Azul e ir direto para o centro. Quanto aos restaurantes, não havia nada a uma curta distância.

We stayed here 3 nights & appreciated the free shuttle to & from the airport. The rooms were clean & basic & offered Dr. Watkins products for showering. In the morning they offer breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt ETC...a bonus is being able to grind your own beans for your coffee. Getting to & from Boston without a vehicle you can catch a bus across the street from the hotel to the Blue Line and get right downtown. As far as restaurants there was nothing within walking distance.

Brand new hotel at a high price point for us, so we expected the usual things we find in lower-priced hotels, like a microwave oven and a coffee maker. But they weren't in our room. Did have a fridge, though. We had to call the day before our check-in because we thought they accidentally charged us twice; we noticed a duplicate charge on our credit card. Found out it was no accident. They told us they automatically charge twice the room rate for incidentals that we "might" use. They remove the charge when you check out if you end up not using the incidentals (which I don't know what those would be). Perhaps this is typical of new hotels, I don't know. Also, if you're going to use the provided shower items like shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash, check that the pumps work before you get in the shower. Our conditioner pump didn't work and there's no way to fix it since the bottle is in an unopenable container fixed to the wall. But at least the rooms were clean, quiet, and didn't smell like cigarette smoke.

Hotel muito bom. Iria lá a qualquer hora. Os quartos são de tamanhos bonitos, limpos, muito espaçosos. A equipe é incrível. A área da recepção é legal, pois há tantos lugares para se sentar e se divertir. Há até lugares do lado de fora. Apenas um ótimo momento. Boas opções para o café da manhã também.

Embora não tenha sido 10 estrelas ou um hotel 5 estrelas completo, é um bom local para ficar .. por algumas noites. Sua localização conveniente serviu muito bem a mim e minha tia. Por mais novo que seja o hotel, dou-lhe 10 estrelas. Quanto ao quarto em si ... faltavam algumas coisas que eu gostaria que tivesse. Que tal copos descartáveis para o banheiro. Isso foi considerado ou não? Que tal outro lugar para pendurar toalhas usadas depois de usar o chuveiro? Havia apenas 1 local. Isso eu não entendo ?! Quanto a tudo o mais, certamente estava em ótimas condições para os hóspedes ficarem e dormirem, e adorou o fato de que eles tinham um filme plástico sobre o controle remoto para a TV. Admirei a vista. O pântano era visível, então era bom ver, em vez de carros passando zunindo. É tudo uma questão de localização ... então, se aqueles que viajam no país ou no exterior estão encontrando um local decente para ficar após um longo voo, este hotel é um bom local. A Rota 1 tem tudo que você precisa!

Very nice hotel. Would go there anytime. Rooms are beautiful sizes, clean, very roomy. The staff are amazing. The front desk area is cool as there is so many places to sit and enjoy urself. There is even seats outside. Just a great time. Good choices for breakfast as well.

While it wasn't 10 stars or a full 5 star hotel, it's a good spot to stay at..for a few overnights. It's convenient location served myself and my aunt very well. As new as the hotel is, I give the hotel 10 stars. As for room itself...it lacked a few things that I wish it had. How about disposable cups for the bathroom. Has that been considered or no? What about another place to hang used towels after using the shower? There was only 1 spot. That I don't get?! As for everything else it was certainly in yop notch condition for guest to stay and sleep, and loved the fact they had a plastic wrap over the remote for the TV. I admired the view. The marsh was visible so that was nice to see instead of cars whizzing by. It's all about location...so if those traveling domestically or internationally are finding a decent spot to stay after a long flight, this hotel is a good spot. Route 1 has everything on needs!

Hotel recientemente inaugurado (Diciembre 2020). Las instalaciones son muy lindas, todo nuevo y moderno. En cuanto a limpieza, todo estuvo impecable todo el tiempo durante mi estadía. La atencion del personal muy buena, todos muy simpaticos y eficientes. Las habitaciones tienen amplitud suficiente, las camas y almohadas MUY comodas, excelente Smart TV, muy buena ducha, buena presion de agua, buena iluminacion tanto en el baño como en la habitación y sistema de calefaccion/refrigeracion regulable. Está sobre una autopista, por lo cual a algunas personas les puede llegar a molestar el ruido del trafico de autos y camiones, pero tiene buena isonorización. Cuenta con un lindo lobby con sillones y un desayunador amplio. El desayuno es autoservicio y es mas que correcto. Consta de cafe/chocolate caliente/te, leche, jugo de naranja/manzana, hamburguesas, variedad de muffins, fruta fresca, yogur girego, cereales, avena, todos productos de muy buena calidad. El café es delicioso!! Hay disponibles bebidas calientes para los huespedes las 24 hs (cafe/te/chocolate caliente). Tiene parking gratuito y servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y a la estacion de metro Wonderland (aunque no estaba funcionando debido a las restricciones por COVID), que lleva directamente al centro de Boston. Se puede llegar a Boston en 40 minutos haciendo combinacion de Metro+Bus. El bus a Salem para en la puerta del hotel. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto en auto/uber (10/15 minutos). Tener en cuenta que el hotel cobra un deposito por daños de 200 USD. En resumen, excelente hotel, volvería a hospedarme aqui sin dudas en mi proximo viaje a Boston!
