“Year 2021. 30 January. I have stayed at this hotel many times when I have visited Mexico City. Today I can not recommend this hotel. Barcelo has been transformed into a prison with staff who constantly shout at you for the smallest things. This is not okay. At the same time, there are allt of people affected by drugs who hang out outside the hotel. This along with the threatening staff of the hotel makes me want to inform future guests of this hotel to choose another hotel in Mexico City. The staff is very unpleasant towards all the guests of this hotel and I have witnessed staff shouting at young children. It was a good hotel. But not any more.”
