Worth the wait! A Christmas gift from last year, finally able to use it. Had a phenomenal massage by Laura, exactly what was needed. Throughly enjoyed my entire visit. Will return soon x

We had an amazing stay, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Especially breakfast staff Molly and Andrea outstanding service. The food was so tasty and the beds were really comfy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cama confortável, bom quarto. A posição em Glasgow era muito boa. Hotel era muito agradável. Menos bons eram os almoços leves. Os blinis eram frios e desagradáveis, com muito pouco creme frais no salmão defumado, muitas alcaparras e cebola crua. A terrina de presunto estava fria, mas boa, embora a porção fosse pequena demais para 9 libras, assim como os blinis. Meu casaco deixado na mala não foi colocado no carro e deixado para trás. Mas foi gentileza do pessoal ajudar a carregar. Seria bom dar mais atenção aos detalhes mencionados acima.

Fiquei cinco dias aqui e é um hotel maravilhoso. Os quartos são luxuosos e espaçosos, a comida e as bebidas são deliciosas e de alta qualidade e o spa é um grande espaço relaxante. No entanto, a principal coisa que definiu este hotel acima de muitos foi a equipe profissional, amigável e atenciosa, eles realmente tornaram a estadia tão boa quanto poderia ser. Eu definitivamente ficarei novamente no futuro e não posso recomendar este hotel o suficiente.

Visited for a wedding, beautiful hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Very plush fixtures in bathrooms, food well presented. Luxurious beds. Downside, I couldn't afford to stay there!!

Such a relaxing day, lush. Yes it's a luxury but wow, I felt fantastic after my massage. Additional bonus, we asked for gluten free bread for one of the soups and got some freshly made toasted, much appreciated.

Comfortable bed, good room. Position within Glasgow was very good. Hotel was very pleasant. Less good were light lunches. Blinis were cold and unpleasant, with very little creme frais on smoked salmon, too many capers and raw onion. Ham hock terrine was cold but fine, although portion was too small for £9 as was the blinis. My coat left on case was not loaded into the car and left behind. But it was kind of the staff to help load up. More attention to the details mentioned above would be good.

I stayed here for five days and it is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, the food and drink are high quality and delicious and the spa is a large relaxing space. However the main thing that set this hotel above many was how professional, friendly and accommodating staff, they really made the stay as good as it could be. I will definitely be staying again in the future and can not recommend this hotel enough.
