Fiquei impressionado com isso e garanti que a segurança era uma prioridade.O quarto, há TANTO que posso dizer sobre ele além de sua tranquilidade. A cama é a cama mais macia e luxuosa que você já utilizou. O mesmo acontece com o cobertor. O chuveiro também é o melhor que já usei. A pressão da água é fantástica e não insuportável / super direcionada como alfinetes e agulhas que você pode sentir em outro lugar. Eles têm bombas de shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido no chuveiro também. Não havia banheira, mas eu só faço chuveiros, não banhos, então eu realmente preferia assim. Havia produtos de alta qualidade nesses dispensadores, aqueles que espumam rápida e bem e deixam meu cabelo e corpo limpos.A vista do quarto que peguei no terceiro andar era linda, com vista para algumas casas mais agradáveis ​​do outro lado da rua. I booked through a third party. I stayed here for 4 nights and, having just left yesterday, I already miss it honestly. It was so quiet, so clean, so well kept, so luxurious... It truly felt like a home away from home. Every single staff member was wearing a mask, even housekeeping all by themselves with no one looking/watching over them. I was impressed by this, and reassured that safety was a priority. The room, there is SO much I can say about it besides its quiet peacefulness. The bed is the most soft, luxurious bed you'll ever use. Likewise with the blanket. The shower is also the best shower I've ever used. Water pressure is fantastic and not overpowering/super-targeted like pins and needles you might feel elsewhere. They have pumps of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower as well. There wasn't a bathtub but I only do showers, not baths, so I actually preferred it that way. High quality products were in those dispensers, ones that lather quickly and well and left my hair and body feeling clean. The view from the room I got on the third floor was gorgeous, overlooking some nicer homes across the street. The location is wonderful as well, right down the road from several options for dining and shopping. The staff were one of the best highlights as well. Partway through my stay I received a text message from the front desk staff member on duty asking how my stay was going. I've never received a text message during a hotel stay from a staff member like that before. I appreciated it. That was the only one I got, as everything was going perfectly, and thus it's not persistent or excessive at all. Kelsey, at the bar, was absolutely amazing as well. She custom made a drink for me when they ran out of mixer for what I asked for. I was SO pleased with her service. She, and all staff members, were exceptionally friendly. Every time my partner and I left or arrived back from going out, we were greeted warmly, with a smile you could tell was there despite the masks on all our faces. For just those few precious nights I could afford, I was able to forget somewhat that this world is in disarray. I was able to be happy, comfortable, and feel joy and wonder again. I couldn't say that about any other place I've stayed at. I haven't even fully touched on everything I could, but for the sake of what brevity I can maintain here, let's just say I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderfully plush experience at a great rate. If I could afford it, I'd absolutely stay again, or have extended my stay by another week at least.

Nosso quarto era limpo e arrumado, a cama muito confortável, o chuveiro provavelmente tinha a melhor pressão de água de qualquer hotel em que já estive. Bar e restaurante fechado devido a Covid, mas totalmente compreensível, então sem confusão de nós. O único problema que descobri é que as paredes entre os quartos são bastante finas (podemos ouvir conversas e barulho de tv na porta ao lado), mas não insuportáveis ​​ou exuberantes. Em geral, ficaria novamente e recomendo.

Beautiful and clean upon entry, staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, the bed very comfy, shower had probably the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve ever been in hands down. Bar and restaurant closed due to Covid but totally understandable so no fuss from us. Only con I’ve found is that the walls between rooms are fairly thin (we can hear conversations and tv noise next door) but not unbearable or exuberant. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great gym staff is friendly, and liked the free mineral fruit waters and smoothies. Maybe if a.breakfast was included with a resort fee would be better.

The gentleman who checked us in at the front was delightful and the room is quite beautiful. My favorite part is the restroom; it's top-notch! The only reason, I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the refrigerator had a few crumbs on the inside and on the pulling handle. Also, there were a few items that needing some dusting. None of this was a deal-breaker though...with this whole virus ordeal, they are probably just short-handed at the moment. Give it a try! It's really nice, clean and smells great!

Nice new hotel with elegant design features. Unfortunately, we experienced disappointing service at check-in. Booking the room was more difficult than it should be. Staff definitely needs more training. Besides the confusion with booking and checking in, it was a great experience. Special thanks to a tireless bartender who is a genuinely nice person. She did everything to make our stay more enjoyable.
