“The housekeeping staff are horrible and that’s being kind! When my son moved in they found a drawer full of used Kleenex, sticky counters when they complained to management nothing was done! When he told them he wanted to decline housekeeping the person he spoke to said he’d make a note then later was told it was mandatory once a week he rearranged his schedule to be there n arranged a time as of now they are over 21/2 hours late and now say they charge for their ESA dog which I have never heard of anywhere as they have a note from her therapist!!!!! At the idiotic price which is about $3000 a month and with the housekeeping staff I’d suggest anyone thinking of staying here look elsewhere!!! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!”

“Avoid at all times! This is one of the worst hotel I’ve seen. The management has been insisting that the room was clean, even though there was a clear smell of tobacco products. They have refused to provide another room - that’s particularly the weirdest part - I still can not understand. Luckily the other Sonesta is great and somehow cheaper!”
