“Fiz reservas para meu filho ontem à noite, a pedido dele, já que ele estava na estrada em direção a Plano. Devido a problemas climáticos, ele não chegou até as 5 da manhã. Quando ele chegou lá, eles se recusaram a dar a ele o quarto que eu havia pago, dizendo que ele não poderia fazer o check-in até as 10h. Entre este hotel e o priceline, não foi possível fazer o check-in no momento em que ele chegou. Tudo isso porque ele não ligou para dizer que faria um check-in tardio, o que eu não sabia e ele estava dirigindo e não podia fazer. Queria cancelar a segunda noite da reserva, mas meu filho precisava dormir e pelo menos ele poderia entrar às 10h e às 15h. . Não vou ficar nesta cadeia depois desta experiência. Puro roubo de uma carga noturna.”

“It provides what's needed. The TV, phone and appliances are outdated. There's no TV with apps to connect to so don't expect that. They have a small gym and a "shoppette" as I like to call small stores. That's nice and convenient. The Washer and Dryers are complimentary. Front desk was friendly. I didn't see any bugs in my room. They stated housekeeping comes once a week. My stay was from Feb 4 - Feb 12 and no one came by. I worked from my room so I was there. Overall, it's nice for the space.”
