What a gem of a hotel beautiful grounds and wonderful interior. Our room was very clean and comfortable with all the normal amenities. Thank you to Peter who gave us the grand tour of the state rooms and was very knowledgeable of the history of the hotel. We stayed one night but will definitely come again for a longer stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious ! Compliments to the chef’s All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend that you stay in this idyllic hotel you will not be disappointed 😊

Castle Bromwich Hotel is a beautiful, historic building located within easy travel of Birmingham centre. Bedrooms are comfortable, well serviced and clean. Range of toiletries and lovely shower. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty. Lots to choose. On my stay it was very quiet with guests and I did feel I was under the spotlight from the serving team, being the only one having breakfast at the time. But having said that the team was friendly and accomodating. Check out was quick and efficient. As I was working I did not have dinner but I would definitely return for a weekend stay with my wife and enjoy the hotel for a more relaxed stay.

Recently attended a wedding function here, the hotel itself is such a pretty venue (vintage themed)and garden area just makes it special. The actual set up was in a marquee and the inside was very grand. The staff at the hotel are very accommodating to all requests. The only criticism is that going for a wedding, I wore heals and the grounds are pebbly. Highly recommend.

The venue and gardens are stunning and although my room was a little cold it was beautiful. Unfortunately on this occasion I was extremely disappointed with how rude a large number of the staff were. Maybe they were just having a bad day/weekend, but still you shouldn’t take that out on your customers. I would be reluctant to recommend the hotel to others because of this - but maybe if some of them had some customer service training then things would definitely improve.

We Recently held our wedding reception here and I can’t fault it at all. The staff were fantastic especially Marius!! The venue is a beautiful place and the grounds are very well kept. The food was incredible (an afternoon tea and a hog roast). Staff were very friendly and got involved with us all. They went above and beyond to make sure our stays were good. I loved the state room and miss the beauty of it already. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the place was. For anyone considering to hold their wedding or party here I would highly recommend. Thankyou for helping with our special Day you really did a fantastic job! The Gibson’s.
