“My sister and I had booked a weekend gateway, the cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. Breakfast too expensive for what you get, but overall it was a nice experience. However on the last night we’ve decided to hire a car and park it at the hotel parking, we got the keys but was never told that it’s 13€ per night, until the morning. Which isn’t nice as there no I for anywhere on reception in English regarding this.. very poor. When we spoke to the guy at the reception in the morning he was arguing with us that parking at hotels is chargeable all over the world… so I leave it there.. not impressed. The whole stay was ruined with this experience. Not coming back.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist we normally had contact with, usually in the morning was very polite, always with a smile and very helpful. Overall all the staff were excellent. The only two negative points were the air conditioning and Internet connection, both were poor in our room.”
