I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the train station. I booked a premium room a month in advance and was upgraded to a suite upon arrival— huge plus! The service was very friendly and quick. A front desk person showed up to my door within one minute of requesting room service. The suite was well-accommodating, comforting, clean, and spacious. I appreciated all the extra freebies which included robe and slippers and a complimentary, giant glass of bottled water. (The beverages in the fridge are for sale only.) Would highly recommend!

Perfect Experience at Catalonia Santa Justa Hotel. Very clean, everything you need in the premium room. The decoration and colors are great. The service is nice, they speak good English. Our room quiet, with the view on the calm patio (with a nice fountain, flowers and benchs). The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and we got a nice view of Seville from the rooftop. We didn’t try the spa and breakfast so no comment on it. Gracias.

If there was a zero star , I would give zero. There was a huge COCKROACHE in my room. The second morning staying in this , in theory ,four star hotel I found a huge cockroach walking on me when I was in the bathroom. I freaked out , as we paid so much money for this property and I was definitely not expecting this kind of pour hygiene to exist in the facilities. The hotel manager was completely unprofessional and his attitude was completely unacceptable. On top of this the hotel canceled my reservation in “booking.com” on purpose in order not to write a bad review. This downgrades the credibility of booking.com and makes the booking reviews accuracy doubtful. Do not go in this hotel, try another closer to the city center.
