“I’m sure this review is very much expected from the hotel however I would like to emphasise just how horrendous this stay was. After discovering the room was infested with mould, particularly under the bed and lounge, I had to ask staff several times to clean it before it was moderately cleaned. I was going to leave it and not go back to this hotel again moving forward but just after checkout the hotel emailed and accused me of damaging the lounge, which they had clearly not cleaned for likely months prior to my stay and charged me $1500 for damages. After questioning this with the hotel I have now been refunded the money, however, if I did not have images of the mould, I likely would have been scammed for $1500. Please make sure to take photos of everything, for your own safety or better yet, rethink your stay!”
