O quarto que me deram cheirava muito feio, o banheiro parecia sujo, estava abandonado, trocaram-me por outro que também cheirava estranho. Eu não recomendo oh e o wi-fi conectado tipo 15 minutos e depois não funcionou.

El cuarto que me dieron olía muy feo, se veia sucio el baño, estaba descuidado , me cambiaron a otro que también olia raro. No lo recomiendo ah y el wifi se conecto como 15 minitos y después no funcionó.

El hotel es funcional, buenas tarifas con desayuno incluido, cuentan con filtro de sanitizacion, las habitaciones y áreas comunes desinfectadas. Amplio stacionamiento y esta cerca de un centro comercial el cual puedes llegar caminando si así lo deseas.

Eu dei 5 estrelas porque não é tão ruim assim eles precisam continuar pintando os quartos, as casas de banho e precisam substituir o tapete no corredor principal do segundo andar. O primeiro quarto não tinha água quente, o gerente da recepção se ofereceu para mudar o quarto imediatamente. Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, café da manhã incrível e estacionamento seguro.

I gave 5 star because it's not that bad however they need to keep up with painting the rooms, the batbrooms and need to replace the carpet on the second floor main hallway. The first room did not have hot water, front desk manager offered to change the room right away. Great customer service, awesome breakfast and safe parking lot.

Came with the family for two days, upon entering the first room it had a very strong smell of sewer, went to reception they said they had no more rooms, asked for a refund and then magically a room became available, got moved there, even worse, air conditioner unit was extremely loud, shower water was warm at the best and there was no pressure, had to take a shower leaning on the wall, went down to reception (the phone was also not working) and they said maintenance started at 10am (it was 7am) and there were no rooms available for us to move again, so at the end they didn’t do anything and said a refund was not possible since the beginning, maintenance person eventually came and said it was only this room which had a problem and should get moved...

Worst stay ever, been here a few times before and choose to stay here again because it was a pretty decent hotel, unfortunately this time it seems they have done a extremely bad job at keeping the hotel decent, it smells very bad and stains on walls. Definitely will not use it again.

Clean, good breakfast but very tiny space. Someone knocked on the door non stop until I opened. It was a guy asking if I had laundry. Seriously? I PUT A SIGN ON SAYING “DO NOT DISTURB”. Ridiculous!

Small place yet they have great customer service and they try to give solutions to any issue you could have.

Pros: accessible entrance, gated parking, amazing showers with great pressure, friendly and accommodating staff, late check out for registered guests, big window with plenty light coming in, ice, hot water, coffee, and tea at lobby, vending machine with toiletries and snacks, again, the staff was amazing. Cons: some bad bulbs, some bad fixtures, nothing that dampened my stay.

Quiet and clean. It has a parking lot next to it. It. There is a Mall very close but I didn't go there, everyone advise me not to go out in Reynosa so I rather stayed at the hotel.
