“The hotel was short staffed to start with.The front desk staffers were very nice. The TV remotes do not work correctly.Reported it several times, and the front desk stated it probably needed to be reprogrammed, but no one ever took the time to reprogram. Gave us another remote, but it did not work.Then the toilet keep making noises, and ti took two days and several calls before they finally got a maintenance person up.Did not fix the problem.Cleaning staff were below standard.Ask housekeeping twice to clean the room (which we should not have to do). Smelled marijuana in the halls - reported it, but they could not find which room it was coming from.The breakfast was very nice, and the young man who managed it was very efficient.The actual hotel was a nice one, but the service was below standard.”
