A localização deste lugar é muito conveniente. A apenas perto o suficiente para os principais arrastos. A equipe é simpática e muito acolhedora. O serviço é o incrível. Você se sente em casa ao fazer o check-in. O local é muito limpo. Os quartos são espaçosos e soberbos. Este é um lugar para fugir com outro significativo ou família. O custo é muito justo e razoável. Se você estiver em Alexandria, este é o lugar para ficar.

The location of this place is very convenient. It just close enough to the major drags. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. The service is the awesome. You are made to feel at home as you check in. The place is very clean. The rooms are spacious and superb. This is a place for get - away with significant other or family. The cost is very fair and reasonable. If you are in Alexandria, this is the place to stay.

Eu amo isso aqui! É tão limpo e o ar condicionado é muito frio, como você quiser. Tem uma geladeira muito grande em comparação com outros lugares. Também dispõe de micro-ondas, cafeteira e cofre.

Pros: The room prices are reasonable. Complimentary breakfast is available. Free parking is available on the property. The hotel’s location is close to the highway with quick access to restaurants and the Springfield Mall. The room was clean and comfortable.Cons: Walls are thin. The hotel was full the night I stayed there so I could hear a lot of noise from my neighbors. I called the front desk the night before and requested a late checkout. I was told ok and that my checkout time was at noon. Apparently my room was not added to the list for late checkout because the cleaning crew showed up a few minutes to 11. I tried to explain to her that I had requested a late checkout but she kept arguing with me that I’m not on the list, which I found quite annoying. Like, do you think I’m lying to you? After calling the front desk (they finally answered after multiple calls), the situation was resolved.

I love it here! It’s so clean and the air conditioning is very cold however you want it. It has a very large refrigerator compared to other places. It also has a Microwave, coffee maker and a safe.

Terminei minha estadia mais cedo devido à minha filha pular da cama apenas para encontrar um percevejo em sua cama e sua perna mordendo. Quando pedi para falar com o gerente sobre o quarto, me disseram para enviar um e-mail ou ligar na segunda-feira. Mandei vários e-mails e ligações e ainda não tive retorno de ninguém. Quartos recém-pintados, mas cuidado com o que está escondido sob seus lençóis. Esta foi a nossa primeira experiência em um Comfort Suites e agora será a nossa última. A equipe nos deu informações sobre como entrar em contato com o gerente e declarou que estava grato por não gritar com eles por causa do que aconteceu. Eu apenas preocupado que nada seria feito e o quarto #714 seria reservado para outra pessoa antes de ser fumigado. Oh e embora nós fizemos check-out mais cedo eu ainda era cobrado por duas noites.

I ended my stay early due to my daughter jumping out of bed only to find a bed bug in her bed and her leg having a bite on it. When I asked to speak to the manager regarding the room I was told to email or call on Monday. I have left numerous emails and calls and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Newly painted rooms but beware of what is lurking under your sheets. This was our first experience staying at a Comfort Suites and it will now be our last. Staff gave us info on how to reach the manager and stated they were grateful we weren’t going to yell at them because of what happened. I just worried that nothing would be done and the room #714 would be booked for someone else before it was fumigated. Oh and although we checked out early I was still charged for two nights.

Eu tinha um item no meu quarto deixado por um inquilino anterior, mas no geral o quarto estava limpo e estou gostando da minha estadia. As paredes/pisos são finos, então você pode ouvir tudo (pelo menos acima de você), mas isso é um dado na maioria dos hotéis. Adorei o serviço, pois Casey foi realmente incrível em me cumprimentar e me fazer sentir bem-vindo e a configuração da sala era boa para trabalhar e estudar. A área do café da manhã era inesperadamente e agradavelmente grande para sentar, o que é bom, dado nosso ambiente atual de nos mantermos distantes uns dos outros e as opções de café da manhã tinham uma variedade muito boa. Antes de me mudar, eu morava nesta área a poucos minutos deste hotel, então eu sei que a entrada e saída pode ser uma dor na bunda. DC sem dirigir e se você explorar um pouco, esta área está cheia de maravilhas interessantes. Gostei muito da minha estadia durante esse período e isso me deixou nostálgico da minha vida anterior aqui.

I had an item in my room left by a previous tenant, but overall the room was clean and I am enjoying my stay. The walls/floors are thin, so you can hear everything (at least above you), but that's a given in most hotels. I loved the service as Casey was really awesome at greeting me and making me feel welcome and the room setup was nice for work and study. The breakfast area was unexpectedly and pleasantly large for seating which is nice given our current environment of keeping ourselves distant from one another and the breakfast options had a really good variety. Prior to moving, I used to live in this area a few minutes away from this hotel, so I know the drive in and out can be a pain in the butt HOWEVER, this location is right near the metro which gets you in an out of DC without driving and if you explore a little, this area is full of interesting wonders. I have really enjoyed my stay during this time and it made me nostalgic for my previous life here.

Não é a melhor localização. Remodelado, quartos limpos, mas este é um hotel antigo. Os quartos cheiravam fortemente a solução de limpeza, que impregnava nossas roupas. Quartos muito barulhentos; dava para ouvir tudo no corredor como se não houvesse portas. Pessoas da recepção foram incrivelmente simpáticos e prestativos. Preço era bom. Não é um lugar ruim para passar uma noite ou duas, mas eu não gostaria de passar uma semana inteira. Sem insetos, baratas ou qualquer coisa ruim, o que não é típico para um hotel econômico da área de DC.

Not the best location. Remodeled, clean rooms, but this is an old hotel. Rooms smelled strongly of cleaning solution, which permeated our clothes. Very noisy rooms; you could hear everything in the hall as if there were no doors. Front desk people were incredibly helpful and friendly. Price was good. Not a bad place to spend a night or two, but I wouldn't want to spend an entire week. No bugs, roaches or anything bad, which is not typical for a D.C. area budget hotel.

Nós gostamos da configuração do quarto e funcionou bem para nós com 3 adultos. Os funcionários da recepção foram maravilhosos! A única reclamação é que o café da manhã em uma manhã movimentada de domingo estava definitivamente faltando. Sem água quente para o chá, cafeteira vazia, nada fora do café da manhã quente, exceto máquina de waffles. Adicione um pouco de manteiga, geleia, torradas, bagels e leite na geladeira, por favor. Algumas frutas também seriam boas.

We liked the room setup and it worked well for us with 3 adults. The front desk employees were wonderful! Only complaint is that the breakfast on a busy Sunday morning was definitely lacking. No hot water for tea, coffee pot empty, nothing at all outside the hot breakfast except waffle maker. Add some butter, jelly, toast, bagels, and milk in fridge, please. Some fruits would be nice too.
