First we were told we could check in at 3, so we came back at 4:30 and still couldn't check in. She said "it might be cleaned by 5." So we went to a wedding without checking in. The morning of check out, we tried to call the front desk several times about check out time, since we were never told, with no answer. This one's a small thing, but the heavy drapes do not close all the way, so if you like complete darkness to sleep, you're not going to get it. When we went to check out, the employee was not at the front desk but was tidying the lobby and said "you're good to go" when we said we needed to check out. We thought that was odd but said okay and left. 1 day later I get a call saying "I think we got your expiration date wrong on your card and we couldn't charge you." In the same conversation, the employee asked if I knew a specific person and that they didn't get their phone number and couldn't charge them. I didn't want to give out their personal info so I said that I would have them give the hotel a call. The cherry on top was being overcharged $217.98.

I’ve been staying up here for work for the past few weeks. Every person I have encountered here has been so kind. In most cases, if a hotels dryer isn’t working it’s just tough luck. The ladies at the desk went above and beyond, drying my clothes in the back for me. I have not had an unpleasant stay. I truly appreciate all of you and if I ever have family/friends come to visit 10/10 will recommend!

Stayed with 5 kids and the staff is awesome. We had 2 rooms and ended up waking up at 1:30 with burning nose throat and headache. The room smelled like strong chlorine. So we had to use 1 room with 5 kids and 2 adults. Told them at front desk we had to move in with the other people on trip with us. They were booked and told the girl at front desk that I would call head office when I got home and to make sure she remembered talking with me. So I called head office and thought they made things right but they didn't. No money back, just 6,000 points. Can honestly say I wont use them again. 6,000 points doesn't even buy a gift card for 25.00 on their site. One child I had has asthma and this could have turned out badly had I not woke up. Was happy with staff but not home office.
