Tive que ficar aqui por uma noite em uma viagem de trabalho. O quarto era limpo e a cama era decente. Fora isso, todo o resto foi ruim. Principalmente os hóspedes desagradáveis que estavam gritando e fumando em todas as horas da noite fora do meu quarto. Eles até desceram para o café da manhã na manhã seguinte e quase brigaram na área do café da manhã. Lixo em todos os lugares no estacionamento e na academia basicamente não tinha equipamento. Eu ficaria envergonhado se eu fosse o dono do hotel.

Problema com check-ins, problema com a pressão da água nos chuveiros, muito barulhento à noite do 3º andar andando por aí.O calor da água do chuveiro passou de quente para frio em 5 minutos de banho.Sem microondas nos quartos, tinha que chegar ao primeiro andar.Parece que deveria ter sido melhor do que foi pelo preço que pagamos. Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

Tuve que quedarme aquí por una noche en un viaje de trabajo. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era decente. Aparte de eso, todo lo demás estaba mal. Principalmente los desagradables invitados que gritaban y fumaban a todas horas de la noche fuera de mi habitación. Incluso bajaron a desayunar a la mañana siguiente y casi pelearon en el área de desayuno. Basura por todas partes en el estacionamiento y el gimnasio básicamente no tenía equipo. Me avergonzaría si fuera el dueño del hotel.

Had to stay here for a night on a work trip. The room was clean and bed was decent. Other than that, everything else was bad. Mainly the obnoxious guests that were yelling and smoking at all hours of the night outside my room. They even came down to breakfast the next morning and almost had a fight in the breakfast area. Trash everywhere out in the parking lot and the gym had basically no equipment. I would be embarrassed if I was the hotel owner.

Problem with check ins, problem with water pressure in showers, very noisy at night from the 3rd floor stomping around. Shower water heat went from hot to cold with in 5 minutes of showering. No microwave in rooms , had to got to first floor . Feels like it should have been better then it was for the price we paid. I won’t be staying here again .

Quando liguei para cancelar a reserva porque minha esposa estava doente, me disseram que receberia um reembolso total. Fui reembolsado menos da metade da estadia de duas noites. Quando liguei para questionar o reembolso parcial, me disseram que o gerente me ligaria de volta. Quando não recebi um telefone de retorno, liguei e falei com o gerente. Ele negou que o funcionário tenha dito que um reembolso total seria fornecido e se recusou a fornecer o restante do reembolso.

When I called to cancel the reservation because my wife was sick I was told I would receive a complete refund. I was refunded less than half of the two night stay. When I called to question the partial refund I was told that the manager would call me back. When I did not receive a return phone I called and spoke with the manager. He denied that the employee said a full refund would be provided and refused to provide the remainder of the refund.

Linda, limpa e simpática equipe e um café-da-manhã continental gratuito diariamente. Minha esposa e eu ficamos 20 dias no Comfort Inn localizado na 716 New Haven rd Naugatuck Connecticut 06770 e realmente nos divertimos. Nós reservamos um quarto acessível para deficientes físicos que tinha um banheiro para deficientes físicos incluindo chuveiro por meio do aplicativo Choice Hotels. Depois de fazer o check-in e ver o quarto, vimos que não era o que tínhamos reservado, a diferença era que não havia chuveiro para deficientes físicos. Levamos esse problema à atenção do gerente e perguntamos o que poderia ser feito em relação à situação do banheiro e a resposta dela foi que ela poderia me cobrar mais de cem dólares a mais pelo quarto correto. Mostrei a ela o número de confirmação e a captura de tela do quarto correto que reservamos e não estávamos, mas ela ainda não fez nada. Uma das noites, alguém quebrou minha porta de combustível trancada em meu carro e roubou meu combustível e como a porta de combustível estava quebrada, eles roubaram meu combustível uma segunda vez. Eu chamei a atenção da mesma mulher para o assunto e ela perguntou onde o veículo estava estacionado. Eu disse a ela Na frente do prédio pela primeira vez e na parte de trás da porta traseira na segunda. Ela mudou o assunto para uma avaliação que eu havia postado antes desse incidente, então perguntei o que minha avaliação tem a ver com o incidente mais recente, ela disse que não havia câmeras onde o veículo estava estacionado. Então eu aceito depois de gastar vários milhares de dólares e ser um membro do Choice Hotels Diamond, minha esposa e eu só temos que comer a reserva que foi reservada incorretamente da parte deles também os danos e combustível roubado de nosso veículo.Atualização: Entrei em contato com o gerente sobre a cobrança excessiva e 12.000 pontos usados e não receberei nenhum tipo de reembolso, então, no total, duas noites nos custaram mais de $ 300 mais o quarto que foi reservado incorretamente. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff and a free continental breakfast daily. My wife and I stayed 20 day’s at the Comfort Inn located at 716 New Haven rd Naugatuck Connecticut 06770 and really enjoyed ourselves. We booked a handicap accessible room that had a handicap bathroom including shower through the Choice Hotels app. After checking in and seeing the room we saw it wasn’t the one we had booked the difference was no handicap shower. We brought this issue to the attention of the manager and asked what could be done about the bathroom situation and her response was she could charge me over a hundred dollars more for the correct room. I showed her the confirmation number and screenshot of the correct room that we booked and were not in but she still did nothing. One of the nights someone broke my locking fuel door on my car and stole my fuel and since the fuel door was broke they stole my gas a second time. I brought this to management’s attention same woman and she asked where the vehicle was parked I told her In front of the building the first time and in the back in front of the rear door the second. She changed the subject to a review I had posted previous to this incident so I asked what does my review have to do with this most recent incident she then said there is no cameras where the vehicle was parked. So I take it after spending several thousands of dollars and being a Choice Hotels Diamond member my wife and I just have to eat the reservation that was booked incorrectly on their part also the damages and fuel stolen from our vehicle. Update: I contacted the manager about the over charge and 12,000 points used and I will not be receiving any type of reimbursement so in total two nights cost us over $300 plus the room that was booked wrong. It’s truly heartbreaking how big business works

The saving grace of this place was that at least the staff were all friendly and helpful as they could be and it’s pet-friendly. As soon as we stepped off the elevator it was like we were in a totally different hotel in terms of cleanliness from the lobby. The carpets were atrocious, stained, dirty looking- thankfully the rooms have newish laminate flooring which looked fine and seemed clean. If you’re traveling with pets you’ll probably get stuck in or near the smoking room wing which is pretty pungent. I get that that’s not a huge deal breaker for some but just a heads up. Our room had a broken security lock which was freaky given that the room also had a bent window screen frame that looked like someone had previously tried to pry it open (it was a ground floor room). The walls are paper thin so prepare to listen to whatever your neighbor is listening to or talking about. The sheet flat sheet on the bed had a ridiculous amount of leg hairs on them. Not, like an “oops, housekeeping must’ve lost a single head hair on the comforter” amount; I’m talking like “somebody sprinkled a handful of leg hairs in the bed” amount of hairs. Fortunately the guy at the desk hand delivered a fresh set of sheets which was a life-saver. I just think for what you pay after pet fees that there are probably better kept hotels in the area that allow pets. When I booked this place I had just arrived in town after driving for six hours, was exhausted, and just needed a place to sleep but I still should have done some due diligence and read recent reviews. Had I done that, I would not have booked a room here. Obviously with Covid it’s a tough time to be a hospitality business but cleanliness should still be a priority in the middle of a pandemic.
