Checked in 3/10/23. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was because of the "Denney's" restaurant prominently shown with pictures on the website. There is NO "Denney's" on site! Their "market" area prominently shown with pictures, features soft drinks, snacks, etc. The only thing on those shelves was dust. Completely bare! The hand sanitizer station near the elevator was empty. NOT a good start! When I got to my room, I noticed the lamp shades on both sides of the bed were askew. I discovered the shades were actually sitting on top of the bulbs. No wonder they were wobbly! I didn't bother unpacking. Went down to the lobby, checked out and left. This is the second "Choice" hotel that I have left, without staying in the last six months. No more "Choice" for me.

Lights on either side of bed didn't work. Handle on dresser broken, no towels in bathroom for anything, have to call long distance to check out and get receipt,juice machine for breakfast broken, restroom on 2nd floor out of order, made reservations for 2 queen beds and only got a king, morning breakfast could have been better and I would not stay there again.

The location is great as it's only a mile from the airport but everything else is pretty lacking. Cracked bathtub, broken blinds, a breakfast consisting of Tang (very fake orange juice) and frozen mini muffins. Lots of scratches and cracks in the walls that could easily be painted over. The refrigerator was constantly turning on and off all night making it difficult to sleep. You definitely get what you pay for, just try not to look around the room too much.

Average hotel at best. Would not stay here again. Room was clean but had a musty smell and the carpet had many stains on it. When I walked in to check in there was no one at the front desk and after I rang the desk bell it took a few minutes for someone to show up, even though I could hear people talking in the office. Very average customer service. Location was good because I needed to be close to the airport but I won't stay here again.

I've always had a positive view of Comfort Suites, but this location changed my perception. The front door was closed, and I spent 10 minutes walking around in the dark before discovering the entrance was in the garage. The lobby and hallways reek of marijuana. There were coffee rings on the bathroom counter, hair, and gum. The inside of the building is really rundown. There are pictures of a beautiful breakfast buffet on their website, but the actual room has "OUT OF ORDER" signs on every appliance. The staff are rarely present at the front desk and they usually have a sign up saying, "FOR ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CALL:". On my last day, I checked my bank statement and noticed a discrepancy between my confirmation email and what I was charged. The email had said a certain price after all taxes and fees, but I ended up being charged $6.99 a night extra as a utility fee. To top it off, the room key said Econo Lodge. Confused, I asked a staff member about this and they said they had not received the "rite of passage" to officially become Comfort Suites. This wasn't shocking as the hotel felt more like an Econo Lodge than Comfort Suites, but it angered me as a guest. Their website and the sign outside advertise this as Comfort Suites, when it appears to technically still be Econo Lodge.

Sheets Were very soft, bed comfortable- kids slept well. Adults did not. Lots of Concerning noises all night. Check in took 45+ min, unsavory people in the hall and lobby. Parking garage, lobby, hallways smell of marijuana & cig. smoke. Not family friendly. Inexpensive. Sirens and giggling throughout the night. Kids witnessed arrest at the adjoining Denny's.
