Nice hotel but BEWARE if you are a Hilton regular: My friend and I recently had a two night stay at this hotel which overall went well and we had a nice experience. I am a Hilton diamond member and exclusively stay at Hilton Hotels when traveling. In addition I also have the Hilton branded credit card which I use for all of my stays. However, the charges for this hotel are being billed under “Comfort Inn” since it was converted from a Comfort Inn quite a while ago. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that they have not updated their credit card charging systems, and I am missing points on my Hilton credit card because of this. I have already tried to contact Hilton on at least three occasions to get this resolved and everyone keeps pointing me towards someone else. It’s been hours of wasted experience and great frustration to get some thing that should be absolutely automatic. I can’t imagine that I’m the first person who has been trying to get this resolved. So I would recommend staying at this hotel if you aren’t specifically focused on the fact that it’s a Hilton property, but as a Hilton diamond member I definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless this is resolved. They have been a Hilton hotel for months to a year, so there is no reason this should be an ongoing issue. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for an otherwise decent hotel stay. The staff were all very nice.

As a follow up, the staff today was much improved especially at the front desk! Although they weren’t able to accommodate a later checkout time (understandable since it’s 4th of July weekend) they were most helpful, kind and professional in storing our luggage. They even provided my daughters and I with umbrellas since it was raining outside! This is the level of customer service we know & love about Hilton & their luxury boutique brands!

Falsely advertised as a “new” hotel. This is an old hotel that was refurbished. The location is in a bad area. One very small elevator. Bar on site that was not available. No on-site restaurant. Completely overpriced. We canceled night 2 & 3 of our trip after our first night. Beds were nice though.

This hotel was amazing! I stayed here in March 2022, and I was impressed. The hotel was clean and modern (as you’d expect for the price), the mattresses were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. This hotel is top-tier for its type.Although I will say, the breakfast area did smell of additives in the morning. The hot water was also kind of cold. But what do you expect for an included hotel breakfast?Overall, though, this is the best 2-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here twice on two trips and the hotel is a great value for the quality and location. It is located right off of River Street and within walking distance to all of the restaurants and venues around Savannah. The rooms are modern and clean, bed and linens are comfy and very well maintained, and the lobby and bar area are beautiful. The only downside is that at night the area can feel a little sketchy, it is located right across from a large apartment complex that appears very run down and while no fault of the hotel, I wouldn’t recommend returning to hotel late at night by foot.

What a beautiful hotel!Everything was wonderful and all of the extra touches to make the stay nice was a bonus.Rooms are decorated nicely, great beds, the walk-in shower was a bonus for us.Breakfast was filling at the selection was as good as most hotels and better than others.Everyone from the front desk personnel to the room service personnel were exceptionally nice and pleasant.I would not hesitate to stay again and recommend the Bluff to anyone.A short walk to the River Front and good dining.Perfec getaway.....
