Escolhemos fazer nossa Recepção de Casamento aqui e tudo foi perfeito! Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos e fez a nossa noite ainda mais incrível do que pensávamos que seria. A comida também estava incrível e todos os nossos convidados comentaram como tudo estava gostoso e ficamos tão felizes de ter um café da manhã como parte do nosso pacote, já estamos planejando um café da manhã só para saboreá-lo novamente. Realmente não posso agradecer a todos os funcionários o suficiente por fazer com que nossa recepção atrasada valesse a espera.

We chose to have our Wedding Reception here and everything was perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful and made our night even more amazing than we thought it would be. The food was also incredible and all our guests commented how tasty everything was and we were so happy to have a breakfast as part of our package, we are already planning a breakfast date just to enjoy it again. Really can’t thank all the staff enough for making our delayed reception worth the wait.

We had a conference there on Wednesday evening. The whole experience was great. Stuart Fleming and his team have been superb from the initial enquiry through to the dedicated member of staff Oli. Food was excellent. Considering what we have been though over the last 18 months it was faultless. Thank you.

O copthorne está no centro de praticamente tudo que você precisa. Embora o copthorn esteja caindo aos pedaços na minha opinião e necessite desesperadamente de atualização para o que me disseram anteriormente que está acontecendo, mas Covid colocou um fim nisso, eu não vi nenhuma mudança além da abertura do ginásio. Desta vez, fiquei no 4º andar. Quartos muito capciosos com geladeira, o que é ideal. Mas o corredor, quando você sai do elevador, todo o rodapé está danificado e pendurado há algum tempo. Os tapetes são usados em todo o copthorne, mesmo nos quartos. Acho que o copthorne é muito datado em seu design e precisa desesperadamente ser atualizado. A academia é adequada para o que você precisa, mas também precisa de investimento. A maioria dos funcionários são educados e muito prestativos, um jovem mestiço, creio que se chama Tyrese, é uma das melhores pessoas que têm no bar / restaurante, muito prestável, muito educado e se houver algo de errado, ele se apressa em dizer direito. Também uma senhora de cabelo ruivo magro atrás do bar novamente muito educado e prestativo. Eu acredito que eles tem sido uma escassez de comida, então não ficará comentar sobre isso, mas o menu poderia fazer com ser atualizado também. O copthorne desperatley precisa de uma reformulação, em minha opinião, e todos com quem falei disseram o mesmo.

El copthorne está en el centro de prácticamente todo lo que necesitas. Aunque, en mi opinión, el copthorn se está cayendo a pedazos y necesita una actualización desesperada, lo que me dijeron anteriormente que está sucediendo, pero Covid lo había detenido, no he visto ningún otro cambio que no sea la apertura del gimnasio. Esta vez me quedé en el cuarto piso. Habitaciones muy espaciosas con nevera, lo cual es ideal. Pero el pasillo al salir del ascensor todos los zócalos están dañados y colgando y lo ha estado durante algún tiempo. Las alfombras están gastadas en todo el copthorne, incluso en las habitaciones. Creo que el copthorne está muy anticuado en su diseño y necesita una actualización desesperada. El gimnasio es adecuado para lo que necesita, pero también necesita invertir. La mayoría del personal es educado y muy servicial, un joven mestizo que creo que se llama Tyrese es una de las mejores personas que tienen en el bar / restaurante, muy servicial, muy educado y si algo anda mal, se apresura a decirlo. Derecha. También una delgada dama pelirroja detrás de la barra de nuevo muy educada y servicial. Creo que ha habido escasez de comida, así que no comentaré sobre eso, pero el menú también podría actualizarse. El Copthorne desesperatley necesita una renovación en mi opinión, y todos con los que he hablado han dicho lo mismo.

The copthorne is at the centre of pretty much everything you need. Although the copthorn is falling to pieces in my opinion and desperatley needs updatingto which i have previously been told is happening but covid had put a stop to it i havent seen any changes other than the gym opening. This time i stayed on the 4th floor. Very specious rooms with a fridge which is ideal. But the corridor as you leave the lift all the skirting is damaged and hanging off and has been for some time. The carpets are worn throughout the copthorne, even in the rooms. I think the copthorne is very dated in its design and desperatley needs to be updated. The gym is adequate for what you need but needs investing in too. Majority of the staff are polite and very helpful, a young mixed race man i believe his name is Tyrese is one of the best people they have in the Bar/restraunt, very helpful, very polite and if something is wrong hes quick to put it right. Also a slim ginger haired lady behind the bar again very polite and helpful. I believe they has been a shortage on food so wont comment on that but the menu could do with being updated too. The copthorne desperatley needs a revamp in my opinion, and everyone i have spoken to has said the same.

Hotel decente que funcionou para ser um preço muito semelhante ao Travelodge, a entrada é muito grande, no entanto, os quartos, particularmente os banheiros parecem datados, o chuveiro sobre a banheira poderia fazer com a atualização para uma caminhada decente no chuveiro.A equipe prestou atenção ao nosso pedido de uma cama de solteiro adicional para que 2 amigos não tivessem que dividir uma cama de casal.Nós só tivemos uma bebida quente no restaurante na hora do café da manhã, mas com várias persianas fechadas etc. não parecia muito convidativo, quase parecia fechado!Não sei se tínhamos permissão para usar a área da piscina / academia porque não foi mencionado durante o check-in, teríamos feito se pudéssemos.Eu tinha um monte de coisas e minha filha pequena comigo durante o check-in, mas não foi oferecida nenhuma ajuda para o meu quarto, isso teria sido apenas um toque especial de suporte ao cliente extra.No geral, eu ficaria novamente, mas há definitivamente coisas que poderiam ser melhores.

Um ótimo lugar para ficar por uma noite durante a longa viagem com uma boa vista do quarto no 3º andar. Existem poucos restaurantes próximos e muita comodidade. Ter um bom tempo para relaxar caminhando ao longo do rio após o jantar é uma experiência maravilhosa. Sem ar-condicionado no quarto.

Eu não costumo deixar comentários, mas este hotel é ótimo! Agradeço ainda mais por ter retornado de uma estadia em outro hotel dessa rede em Londres, que não chega nem perto dos padrões de Copthorne em Dudley! A equipe é experiente, amigável e receptiva. O hotel é limpo e arrumado, embora um pouco datado. Alimentos e serviços de quarto são adoráveis; um membro da equipe do restaurante veio ao meu quarto duas vezes recentemente para me ajudar quando ela realmente não precisava, pois eu tinha trocado minhas roupas de dormir e não queria sair do meu quarto! Eu fico aqui com bastante regularidade para fins de trabalho e, portanto, para mim, embora seja conveniente, também é uma ótima experiência ter tentado outros hotéis na mesma área. Sempre que faço o check-in, sou recebido com um sorriso e uma cara amigável e sei que, se eu tiver um problema, ele será ouvido e acionado. Nenhum lugar é perfeito, mas a equipe deste hotel faz o seu melhor e eu aprecio isso, a ponto de sugerir que a gerência no sul do país fizesse uma visita aqui para ver como isso pode ser feito da maneira certa!

Un gran lugar para pasar una noche durante el viaje largo con una buena vista desde la habitación en el tercer piso. Hay pocos restaurantes al lado y muy conveniencia. Pasar un buen rato para relajarse caminando por el río después de la cena es una experiencia maravillosa. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación.

No suelo dejar comentarios, ¡pero este hotel es simplemente genial! Aprecio esto aún más ahora que he regresado de una estadía en otro hotel de esta cadena en Londres, que no se acerca a los estándares de Copthorne en Dudley. El personal es informado, amable y receptivo. El hotel está limpio y ordenado, aunque un poco anticuado. Los servicios de comida y habitación son encantadores; un miembro del personal del restaurante vino a mi habitación dos veces recientemente para ayudarme cuando realmente no tenía que hacerlo, ya que me había puesto mi ropa de dormir y no quería salir de mi habitación. Me quedo aquí con bastante regularidad por motivos de trabajo y, por lo tanto, para mí, aunque es conveniente, también es una gran experiencia haber probado otros hoteles en la misma zona. Cada vez que me registro, me saludan con una sonrisa y una cara amistosa y sé que si tengo un problema, se lo escuchará y se tomará una decisión. Ningún lugar es perfecto, pero el personal de este hotel hace todo lo posible y lo agradezco, hasta el punto en que he sugerido que la gerencia en el sur del país visite aquí para ver cómo se puede hacer correctamente.

Decent hotel which worked out to be a very similar price to travelodge, the entrance is very grand however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms feel dated, the shower over bath could do with upgrading to a decent walk in shower.The staff paid attention to our request for an additional single bed so 2 friends didn't have to share a double.We only had a hot drink in the restaurant at breakfast time but with various shutters down etc it didn't come across as very inviting, almost looked closed!I don't know if we were allowed to use the pool / gym area because it wasn't mentioned during check in, we would have done if we could.I had a lot of stuff and my young daughter with me during check in but wasn't offered any help to my room, that would have just been a nice touch of extra customer support.Overall I would stay again but there is definitely things that could be better.

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel is just great! I appreciate this even more now having returned from a stay at another hotel in this chain in London, which comes no where near the standards of Copthorne in Dudley! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, responsive. The hotel is clean and tidy, if a little dated. Food and room services are lovely; one member of the restaurant staff came to my room twice recently to assist me when she really didn't have to as I had changed into my nightwear and I didn't want to go out of my room! I stay here fairly regularly for the purposes of work and so, for me, whilst it's convenient it's also a great experience having tried other hotels in the same area. Every time I check-in I'm greeted with a smile and friendly face and I know that if I have an issue it will be listened to and actioned. Nowhere is perfect but the staff at this hotel do their best and I appreciate this, to the point where I have suggested that management in the south of the country pay a visit here to see how it can be done properly!

A great place to stay for a night during the long travel with a good view from the room in 3rd floor. There are few restaurants next to it and very convenience. Have a good time to chill out by walking along the river after dinner is wonderful experience. No Air-conditioner in the room.

La habitación del hotel era preciosa con unas vistas fantásticas. Tuve la suite, así que era muy espaciosa para mí y para la fiesta nupcial para prepararme para mi boda. Las habitaciones estaban impecables. El único inconveniente fue que las habitaciones eran muy cálidas. Desafortunadamente no hay aire acondicionado y con la ola de calor era muy incómodo dormir y prepararse. Aparte de eso, no me puedo quejar de la habitación. El personal del hotel era genial y muy educado.

O quarto de hotel era bonito, com vistas fantásticas. Eu tinha a suíte, então era muito espaçosa para mim e festa nupcial para me preparar para o meu casamento. Os quartos eram imaculados. A única desvantagem foi que os quartos eram muito quentes. Infelizmente não há ar condicionado e com a onda de calor era muito desconfortável dormir e se preparar. Além disso, não poderia culpar o quarto. Os funcionários do hotel foram excelentes e muito educados.

Hotel room was beautiful with fantastic views. I had the suite so was very spacious for myself and bridal party to get ready for my wedding. Rooms were spotless. The only downside was the rooms were very warm. Unfortunately there is no air con and with the heatwave was very uncomfortable to sleep and get ready. Other than that couldn't fault the room. The staff at the hotel were great and very polite.

Lovely hotel for going to Merry Hill and visiting West Midlands Safari Park. Easy parking with bigger than many parking spaces. Welcomed by staff and room was ready despite arriving a little early. Room beautifully laid out with fridge and lovely room overlooking canal. Given a voucher for a drink which was a lovely surprise. Toiletries in room but toilet roll was limited. Coffee and tea. Maybe decaf tea would have been a good option! Breakfast good and timely. Everyone was happy to make are stay pleasant. Well done

I never have problems when I have to stay in an hotel or B&B. As long as the bed suits me, the food is good, and I am left alone, I am happy. The TV and Wifi have to be acceptable though. The Copthorne met all of my criteria and more, so I am happy to be able to recommend this Hotel. The Merry Hill shopping center, which is close by, is excellent, and the Waterfront area next to the hotel is picturesque and great for walks. I liked it all
