“Eu reservei este hotel apenas por causa da piscina do spa. Fiquei muito triste e desapontado porque o spa não atendeu às minhas expectativas, pois estava muito morno não havia vapor saindo do spa, o que é uma ótima indicação de que está muito quente. Na verdade, voltei para o quarto para um banho quente de imersão. Não houve comunicação da equipe de que o spa não estava funcionando ou que havia sido recusado. Em segundo lugar, acho que os quartos são antigos e nem sequer tínhamos um mini-bar, tínhamos uma taça de vinho e não há menu para serviço de quarto. Quando perguntamos na recepção, eles disseram que só fazemos pizzas e salgadinhos, vamos Copthorne não é bom o suficiente. Foi uma decepção, espero que quando eu for para Copthorne Hokianga no final deste mês, eles restaurem minha fé em seu Hotel.Uma vantagem para mim foi a recepção e os funcionários do restaurante muito simpáticos e o check-in e o check-in foram rápidos e fáceis.”
