O hotel em si parece bom, mas infelizmente havia um cheiro forte de lixo em todo o segundo andar. As camas eram muito pequenas e desconfortáveis, então pedimos para cancelar a reserva. Holly na recepção imediatamente assumiu uma atitude e, literalmente, começou a gritar. Perguntei se poderíamos conseguir outro quarto, já que ela não nos deixaria cancelar. Eu mencionei que o 2º andar cheirava mal (eles tinham ventiladores secando o carpete, talvez esse fosse o culpado) e o 1º andar cheirava fortemente a fumaça de cigarro. Ela disse: "ESTE É um hotel NÃO FUMARÁTICO !!" Novamente, com grande atitude. Ela nos deu chaves novas e tinha uma mancha marrom de alguma coisa, então pedi uma diferente. Ela literalmente jogou a chave para baixo. Comecei a subir as escadas e ainda a ouvi gritando. Temos em vídeo, se alguém da administração quiser ver.

The hotel itself looks nice, but unfortunately there was a strong smell of trash on the whole second floor. The beds were really small and uncomfortable, so we asked to cancel the reservation. Holly at the front desk immediately had an attitude, and literally started shouting. I asked if we could just get another room, since she wouldn't let us cancel. I mentioned that the 2nd floor smelled badly (they had fans drying the carpet, maybe that was the culprit) and the 1st floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. She said "ThIS iS a NoN-SMokiiinG hotel!!" Again, with major attitude. She gave us new keys and it had a brown smear of something, so I asked for a different one. She literally THREW the key down. I started walking up the stairs and still heard her yelling. We got it on video if anyone from management would like to see.

The hotel was experiencing some sewer problems so it smelled like sh!$ all the time. Carpets inside the room were dirty when we got there and well the hallways were worse Our truck got broken into and told the staff and didn't even get a sympathy reatic they were like oh well. The breakfast was cereal to go lol like dam. But definitely will never stay here

Eu precisava mudar os meus lençóis e eles (recepção) não o fariam. Tive que levar todos os meus lençóis até eles, conseguir um novo e fazer minha própria cama. Além disso, não foi divulgado com antecedência que não haveria café da manhã e, em vez disso, apenas um café da manhã continental para viagem limitado. Também não foi divulgado que a piscina seria fechada. Nosso primeiro quarto era fedido e sujo, teve que solicitar uma mudança de quarto. A unidade de CA deve ter um temporizador porque ficava mudando sozinha. Estávamos com calor durante o dia e gelados à noite. Minha família não gostou nada desta estadia. Provavelmente não ficar aqui novamente.

Pésimo servicio

I do not recommend. They have no housekeeping, no towels in the room, you have to go to the front to ask for them. We found crumbs on the floor and HAIR IN THR BED!!!! Beds are hard. Definitely not 3.6 stars.

Service was GREAT. Holly, front desk receptionist, was very helpful and attentive; she definitely made me feel welcomed! Room was nice and clean. For these reasons, I will be coming back! Thank you Holly!

I needed my bedsheets changed and they (front desk) wouldn't do it. I had to take all my sheets down to them and get a replacement and make my own bed. Also, it was not disclosed ahead of time that there would be no breakfast and instead, only a limited grab and go continental breakfast. It was also not disclosed that the pool would be closed. Our first room was stinky and dirty, had to request a change of room. The AC unit must have been on a timer because it kept changing on its own. We were hot during the day and freezing at night. My family did not enjoy this stay at all. Likely not staying here again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I had a doctor's appointment on Monday and I had just made a 4-hour drive to SA. I made a reservation through a third party. Upon arrival (about 5:15 pm), the lady clerk, Holly, (who was not wearing a face mask in the middle of a pandemic), told me she had no clean rooms because the cleaning crew arrived late. I asked her to confirm my reservation and she flat out said she couldn't because she was on a different screen. "I assure you. If you made a reservation, I have it." We came back after dinner (about 8:00 pm) and same lady clerk, Holly, said as I walked in "I don't have any clean rooms. You will have to leave.. If you had come back in an hour like I told you to, you may have gotten a room." I asked her about my reservation. She said that I would have to call the third party company and ask for a refund or have them relocate us. I explained that we had nowhere else to go. She asked us to leave. What is a reservation for? She was very rude and lacked tact. I will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

First I want to say that, I arrived late. And when I checked in I asked the night staff guy if there was breakfast in the morning and he said probably not due to weather. Just coffee and muffins. I said “okay” I understood. Next day, they had nothing! The front sliding doors were broken, water leaking in the entrance. The hallways to get to the rooms were so dirty. The rooms smelled so bad. The towels were dirty. For what I paid it was NOT worth it!

Realmente a sido la peor experiencia en hoteles que he tenido ! La piscina cerrada , el desayuno horrible , Me arreglaron la habitación el segundo día y no me pusieron champú ni jabón ni su avisador de pelo . El Front Desck del turno de la tarde creo que es japonés y da una atenciónhorrible , muy mala atención con los clientes , no es amable y se la pasa sentado en el mueble del lobby . La puerta de entrada ellos la cierran y la abren cuando tú vas a entrar y salir entonces hay veces que ellos están ocupados y tú tienes que esperar a que te abran entonces cuando intentas abrirla tú te ponen mala cara y te regañan y te dicen que no lo agas ! Voy a hablar con expedía para que me devuelvan mi dinero !Si casi todas las opiniones dicen que no hay una buena atención de los trabajadores del Front Desck con los clientes pues no entiendo porque no toman medidas !

Precioso hotel sin embargo el empleado de la noche cobraba $2 cada botellita de agua mientras que el de la mañana nos la regaló.

La habitación esta bien, algo pequeña pero con lo necesario para pasar una noche de descanso, alfombra muy sucia necesita atención en la limpieza de las misma. No limpiaron la habitación el día que estuve hospedada. Personal en recepción poco atento.
