Clean room, was able to get a first floor room close to an exterior door so I could take my dog in and out quickly. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Internet was a little wonky but I think it was fixed in the morning. Definitely would stay there again.

So CLEAN. Clean and well kept. If you're looking for a safe, secure, squeaky clean hotel, this is it. My room was immaculate and smelled like mint when I entered, and throughout my stay. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly. I travel a lot and have had some questionable experiences at supposed good hotels. This Country Inn & Suites set the bar for budge friendly chain hotels. It was clean, well maintained, safe and secure.

This place is a complete dump. I noticed in most of the past reviews mold was mentioned as being a problem, in which the manager would respond by apologizing and promising to correct the problem. As of July 18th 2022 I can tell you that the situation is not been fixed. Room#130 which is handicap accessible has mold all in the grout of the shower floor. Our second room which was not handicap accessible had a foul odor during our entire stay. The furniture was old and worn and looked as if it had survived it's past 25 plus years in a men's dormitory. The duvet had been washed so many times that the stuffing was balled up causing it to be a very lumpy cover. The only positive experience about our stay was the friendly staff. They were welcoming and always seem to be working very hard. I feel terrible for them being stuck in such a terrible environment. This place needs a total overhaul. New paint, new bedding, new furniture, and definitely a good cleaning to get rid of the mold.

Cute hotel. One of those hotels in a strip mall surrounded by other hotels. It has a nice free selection of breakfast. If you like junk food for breakfast, this place is for you. Delve into the lovely waffle maker. Get yourself a glass of orange juice. There’s a Waffle House nearby. Cool! There’s also a gas station nearby so you can fill up before heading somewhere else. Customer services incredible. Cons gentleman was nice enough to give us a list of coffee shops. The price was OK. We’d go back the next time we’re passing through.

O Hotel é relativamente novo e os móveis e espaços públicos estão em boas condições. Como ex-gerente de hotel, noto coisas que muitos sentem falta. Acho que o que você definitivamente não pode esconder é a equipe. Fiquei muito feliz em ver pessoas educadas e eficientes que fazem contato visual e podem responder à maioria das perguntas com eficiência. El hotel es bastante nuevo y el mobiliario y los espacios públicos están en buenas condiciones. Como ex gerente de hotel, noto cosas que muchos pasan por alto. The Hotel is fairly new and the furnishings and public spaces all in good condition. As a former hotel manager I notice a things that many miss. I think what you definitely can't hide is the staff. I was very please to see polite, efficient people who make eye contact and can answer most questions efficiently. The only thing I was disappointed about was the breakfast, having everything packaged is understandable. Making my final comment is Covid related, the breakfast was due to safety as was many items in the room. I will return and I fell they are handling the additional needs of the virus well.

Llegué a este hotel a las 5:30 am, todos los hoteles en 50 millas estaban completos. Cuando llamé, exclamó que le quedaba una habitación y que nos la reservaría. Nos recibieron amablemente al llegar, fue rápido y eficiente para registrarnos y llevarnos a la cama. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda, teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Cuando se registró, la mujer fue dulce, el desayuno estaba empacado pero fue suficiente y el hombre que corría fue muy útil. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo!! ¡Gracias!

Pulled into this hotel at 5:30am, every hotel for 50 miles was sold out. When I called he exclaimed that he had one room left and he would hold it for us. We were greeted kindly upon arrival, he was quick and efficient to check us in and get us to bed. The room was clean, bed was comfy, we had everything that we needed. When checking out the woman was sweet, the breakfast was packaged but was sufficient and the man running that was very helpful! Would stay here again!! Thank you!

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly. The Gourmet coffee was the best hotel coffee I've ever tasted. Bed very comfortable. Loved the comforter so much that I researched the brand and already have one ordered for home.
