“Este hotel não atendeu às expectativas. As fotos e descrições on-line levam você a esperar um hotel sofisticado e luxuoso. No entanto, na realidade, parecia muito antigo, com pouca manutenção e reformas insignificantes. Depois de tentar fazer o check-out e remarcar em outro lugar, nos ofereceram um quarto "atualizado". A equipe da recepção tentou acomodar da melhor forma possível (é claro que falta um reembolso) que ganhou a segunda estrela nesta revisão, mas ainda assim este hotel perdeu a marca. Os quartos eram velhos e sujos, com tapetes que provavelmente são mais velhos do que eu. Parece que eles penduraram arte nova em cada quarto e chamaram de “renovação” e nada mais parece ter sido tocado em mais de 20 anos. As janelas, luminárias, tapetes e móveis eram todos muito velhos. Os quartos pareciam frios e pouco convidativos. O resto do hotel parece vazio e estranho. Felizmente, só tivemos uma estadia de uma noite, porque não podíamos esperar para fazer o check-out. Os membros Diamond não recebem regalias, nem mesmo uma garrafa de água no check-in.”

This hotel did not meet expectations. The photos and descriptions online lead you to expect an upscale and luxurious hotel. However, in reality it felt very old with little upkeep and insignificant renovations. After attempting to check out and rebook somewhere else, we were offered an “upgraded” room. The front desk staff attempted to accommodate as best as possible (of course short of a refund) which earned the second star on this review, but still this hotel missed the mark. The rooms were old and dingy, with carpets that are probably older than myself. It seems they hung new art in each room and called it a “renovation” and not much else seems to have been touched in 20+ years. The windows, fixtures, carpets and furniture were all very old. The rooms felt cold and uninviting. The rest of the hotel feels empty and strange. Fortunately we only had a one night stay, because we could not wait to check out. Diamond members receive no perks, not even a bottle of water at check-in.

Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Quartos limpos e razoavelmente espaçosos. Decoração única com muitas exibições e imagens da cultura pop. O bar está aberto apenas de quinta a sábado, das 17h às 22h. Sem água ou geladeira no quarto (embora eles alegremente vendam uma pequena garrafa por US $ 3 na loja do lobby). Café-da-manhã foi um buffet bastante básico, mas bom. Grande shopping em frente ao hotel tão conveniente para fazer compras. 30 minutos do aeroporto de Logan. Senti-me bastante deserto durante a maior parte da nossa estadia no meio da semana.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and reasonably spacious. Unique decor with lots of pop culture displays and imagery. Bar is only open Thursday to Saturday 5pm-10pm. No water or fridge in the room (although they’ll happily sell you a small bottle for $3 in the lobby shop). Breakfast was a fairly basic buffet but fine. Large mall opposite the hotel so convenient for shopping. 30 mins from Logan airport. Felt pretty deserted for most of our midweek stay.

Este hotel costumava ser o Crowne Plaza, que era realmente de escala. limpo e alegre. Nossa uma noite 15/07/22 foi horrível e eu sou um membro do Hilton Honors. O nosso quarto era tapete de paredes escuras e as camas eram apenas de casal, não queen size. também a pia do banheiro estava manchada e tinha uma rachadura. A cortina não cobria completamente a janela, então quando o sol nasceu, nós também, porque o sol entrou pela janela. Também as lâmpadas do leitor sobre a cama não funcionavam. Há tanto marrom escuro em todos os lugares, então tudo é tão triste. Eu não recomendo.

Hotel legal. Tão limpo quanto a maioria dos outros hotéis decentes. Havia algumas coisas como cabelos e poeira excessiva, mas esse é essencialmente o padrão nos dias de hoje.Pessoa da recepção foi amigável.Elevadores rápidos.O principal ponto de venda é o café da manhã. É decente, mas não espetacular. Para quem viaja a trabalho, o café da manhã é A+. Para famílias em férias, talvez tome café da manhã uma vez, mas também experimente outras coisas na área.

Cool hotel. As clean as most other decent hotels. There were a few things like hairs and excessive dust, but that is essentially the standard these days. Front desk person was friendly. Quick elevators. Main selling point is the breakfast. It's decent but not spectacular. For people traveling for work, the breakfast is A+. For families on vacation, maybe eat breakfast once but also try other things in the area.

This hotel used to be the Crowne Plaza which was really up scale. clean and cheery. Our one night 7/15/22 was horrible and I am a Hilton's Honors member. Our room was dark-walls-rug and the beds were only double not queen size. also the sink in the bathroom was stained and had a crack. The curtain did not cover the window completely so when the sun came up so did we because the sun came through the window. Also the reader lamps over the bed did not work. There is so much dark brown every where so everything is so dreary. I do not recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and my over all experience was horrible. When checking out, I left my travel bag in the bathroom. In the bag was my wedding ring andimportant medications. I realized I left my bag in the bathrooms only a couple of hours after checking out. I left my bag in the room as it was not in my suitcase or car. When I called the hotel they were helpful in saying that they looked for the bag, but when I drove back to the hotel the person at the front desk said that they could not find it. After thoroughly checking my car and belongings, I realize that I do not have the bag in my possessions, and the only place that it could be was left in the hotel room. I went back into the hotel and they let me search the room myself, but the bag was not present. This has led me to believe that the bag was stolen by one of the staff members, because there is no way that it just vanished into thin air.

NÃO CONE A ESTE HOTEL!!! No caminho para o hotel um dos nossos carros quebrou e tivemos que parar e esperar por um guincho. Ligamos para o hotel e falamos com alguém que nos permitiu fazer o check-in por telefone, pois perderíamos nosso horário de check-in. Eles pegaram nosso nome e nos disseram para não nos preocuparmos, e que receberíamos as chaves do nosso quarto quando chegássemos. Tínhamos uma reserva para 8 pessoas e alguns de nós chegaram ao hotel antes dos outros, pois tivemos que entrar em carros separados. Na chegada a recepcionista foi extremamente rude. Ela se recusou a fazer o check-in e nos disse que até que a pessoa sob a qual a reserva estava chegasse, não receberíamos nossos quartos. Explicamos que havíamos feito o check-in por telefone e o que havia acontecido. Ela não se importou, ela não levaria o nome, ou uma foto da identidade. Ela não tentou nos ajudar em nada. Nada hospitaleiro. Esperamos 40 minutos para a outra metade do nosso grupo chegar. O saguão estava fedorento, comida no chão, formigas por toda parte e sem ar condicionado. E a recepcionista continuou nos dando problemas. O tempo todo que esperamos, o gerente e um cara aleatório estavam no saguão comendo e bebendo cerveja e licor. O hotel também estava muito sujo! Não desperdice seu dinheiro ou tempo!

Our shower didn't flow well, the fan and lighted mirror did not work. For what our room cost, I feel house keeping should come at least every 48 hrs.In house amenities like the Breakfast buffet and Lounge could have been a bit better.

DONT CONE TO THIS HOTEL!!! On the way to the hotel one of our cars broke down and we had to stop and wait for a tow truck. We called the hotel and spoke to someone who allowed us to check in over the phone as we were going to miss our check in time. They took our name and told us not to worry, and that we would receive our room keys when we would arrive. We had a reservation for 8 people and some of us arrived to the hotel before the others as we had to get into separate cars. Upon arrival the receptionist was extremely rude. She refused to check us in, and told us until the person who the reservation was under would arrive we would not get our rooms. We explained that we had checked in over the phone and what had happened. She did not care, she wouldn’t take the name, or a picture of the ID. She didn’t attempt to help us at all. Not hospitable at all. We waited 40 minutes for the other half of our party to arrive. The lobby was smelly, food on the floor, ants everywhere, and no air conditioning. And the receptionist kept giving us problems. The whole time we waited the manager and some random guy were in the lobby eating and drinking beer and liquor. The hotel was also very dirty! Do not waste your money or time!

Se nota que la construcción del hotel es algo vieja y que por eso está en remodelación, pero contrasta con la nitidez de Holiday Inn y Holiday Inn Express. La atención en Front Desk es muy buena, pero deja que desear la limpieza de las habitaciones porque encontré polvo en las gavetas y la secadora de pelo estaba sucia.

El lugar está bien conservado aunque ya tiene varios años en operación. He estado dos veces y las habitaciones son amplias y con todos los servicios. Hay cerca varios centros comerciales y lugares para comer.

Nos defraudó un poco en cuanto a servicios. No dispone de un pequeño frigorífico en el que poder guardar algo de bebida o fruta. Y no incluye el desayuno, que ya comienza a ser algo un tanto habitual en los hoteles estadounidenses. La atención fue muy buena y el servicio de shuttle ayuda a compensar las largas distancias a cualquier parte. Salvo el mall que está justo enfrente, no hay mucho en los alrededores y por ejemplo la estación de trenes a Boston está a más de 2 millas.

Buen hotel, limpio y práctico. Deben mejorar el restaurante, pedí algo de comer, se tardaron demasiado y no la llevaron como solicité.
