“This hotel has a great location in the center of the historic district of Roeun and from the outside is impressive- however I don’t think this should qualify as an “Autograph Collection” Marriott. The inside of the hotel could be described with a single word- “tired”. The lobby looks like a hybrid of something you would see in Tony Montanas house in Scarface with a dated Airport lounge. The colors chosen are a blood red mixed with black and spots of chrome/faded gold throughout completely undermine the historical attractiveness of the property. While the reception desk had friendly staff- the breakfast was disappointing as was room service with almost no options to choose from. We were upgraded to a suite which took 2 elevators and 4 long hallways to get to… this all said it’s still probably the nicest hotel in Roeun.”

“Excellent historic hotel (circa 1500's). Great location to Cathedrals + restaurants. Lots of WW2 history in Rouen, France. Nice spa and very popular indoor pool too. Special shout outs to Leopoldoine, Clara, Teo Lacoste, Timothy, Valentine, and Thomas. Excellent staff. 5/5 stars. Absolutely great side trip from Paris. Easy train 90 mins.”
