This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. The rooms were nice and pretty big. If you don't know about the cookies they have at the front desk, you must get one! They're fire! The best I've ever had and so fresh, they're even noce and warm too!

Ao chegar ao hotel, você não pode dizer onde está localizado o seu quarto, embora fosse uma sala de autoatendimento Fui à recepção para perguntar e eles também não sabiam. Este hotel é dos anos 70 e parece. Precisa de uma revisão completa e total ou ser demolido. O ajuste e acabamento terrível. Sinceramente, não me senti confortável em ficar lá. Definitivamente não voltaria.

When pulling up to the hotel you can't tell where your room is located though it was a self check room Went to the desk to ask and they didn't know either.This hotel is from the 70's and looks like it.It needs a complete and total overhaul or to be torn down. The fit and finish terrible. I honestly didn't feel comfortable staying there. Would definitely not be back.

Eu ia dar uma boa crítica ao hotel, já que ficamos uma noite antes de voar para fora da cidade e ficamos muito satisfeitos. No entanto, quando voamos de volta e ficamos por mais uma noite para nossa viagem de volta, ficamos muito chateados quando tivemos que fazer o check-in fisicamente e descobrimos que os atendentes da recepção não estavam usando máscaras. A falta de preocupação com nossa segurança ficou aparente quando perguntei se eles tinham máscaras e a resposta foi: 'Não. Arizona é um estado de máscara opcional. I was going to give the hotel a good review, since we stayed one night prior to flying out of town and were very pleased. However, when we flew back in and stayed for another night for our return trip, we were very upset when we had to physically check in only to find the attendants at the front desk were not wearing masks. Their lack of concern for our safety was apparent when I asked if they had masks, their response was, 'No. Arizona is a mask optional state.' I can tell you this, if Hilton cares as little for their customer's safety as these employees did, we will not be spending any of our money at Hilton, and definitely never staying at the Double Tree in Tempe.

O hotel em geral estava bem. Mas não o que eu esperava da tarifa do quarto. A equipe foi muito prestativa e educada, mas os próprios quartos precisam de um pouco de amor e apoio. A cama parecia ter passado da data de vencimento e precisa ser ajustada ao padrão o mais rápido possível. Havia algumas lascas de tinta mínimas nas paredes e, embora pequenas, são muito úteis. O sofá em nosso quarto também foi deixado meio desdobrado com a estrutura da cama apenas para cima e os próprios íons do sofá no chão.Se este fosse um hotel de 2 ou 3 estrelas, eu ficaria muito feliz com a apresentação, mas de forma alguma eu classificaria este algo acima de 3 atualmente.

Eu gostaria de afirmar que o atendimento ao cliente da equipe tem sido ótimo. Todos estão ansiosos para ajudar com uma boa atitude.As camas são horríveis, a cabeceira range e os travesseiros parecem originais da propriedade. Hotel legal, parecia que voltei no tempo algumas décadas. A localização é excelente para chegar ao aeroporto Phoenix Sky Harbor. A cama era confortável e eles tinham uma boa seleção de travesseiros. O chuveiro manteve a pressão e a temperatura. Como afirmado acima, a decoração é datada e o estado do quarto em que eu estava parecia bem usado.

O recepcionista (auditor noturno) poderia usar algumas maneiras e habilidades de atendimento ao cliente. Ela parecia irritada. Eu me registrei em um quarto e quando cheguei ao referido quarto eles mudaram meu quarto sem qualquer conhecimento para mim. Então, de que adianta verificar e usar uma chave digital se você apenas vai tirá-la de mim como se não fosse assim que você trata as pessoas. Biscoitos frescos são uma piada, mais como biscoitos queimados, você pode bater na mesa e não vai quebrar, é tão difícil. Muito decepcionante, com certeza. O quarto estava empoeirado e tinha cabelos no lençol de cima da cama. Diz que eles tomam precauções por causa da cobiça, mas eu definitivamente não vejo nenhum. Definitivamente foi um erro ficar aqui e sei que da próxima vez não voltarei a este hotel. Na manhã seguinte, foi a mesma senhora que me registrou. Eu pedi um sinal de DND e ela disse que o serviço de limpeza não entra até verificar bem o que acontece se eu ficar aqui noites sem fim como estava. Eu não entendo por que Hilton tem alguém tão desagradável como ela trabalhando para essa empresa é uma vergonha. O pequeno-almoço consiste apenas em ovos mexidos, bacon ou panquecas, por isso não há muitas opções. Eles bagunçaram e cobraram meu cartão novamente para a estadia quando eu pré-pago mais eles tiraram duas quantias diferentes para incidentes como este lugar precisa chegar lá cabeça para fora de lá. Os carros passam muito mal como se o limite de velocidade não fosse de 5 milhas por hora, então eu tive que literalmente ir atrás de um cara porque ele quase atingiu meu sobrinho como se abrandasse. Do check-in ao check-out, só tive problemas além de outros, então não recomendaria este hotel de forma alguma. Quer dizer, fica em um bairro tranquilo e agradável, mas é a única coisa que vale a pena. FICAR LONGE!!! PIOR ERRO DA MINHA VIDA!

The front desk clerk (night auditor) could use some manners and customer service skills. She seemed annoyed. I checked into a room and when I get to said room they moved my room without any knowledge to me. So what’s the point in checking in and using a digital key if you’re just going to take it away from me like that’s not how you treat people. Fresh cookies are a joke more like hard burnt cookies you could hit that on the table and it won’t break that’s how hard it was. Very disappointing that’s for sure. Room was dusty and had hairs on top sheet of bed. It says they take precautions because of covid but I definitely don’t see any at all. It definitely was a mistake staying here and I know next time I won’t be back at this hotel. The next morning it was the same lady who checked me in I asked for a DND sign and she says housekeeping doesn’t go in until check out well what happens if I’m here for nights on end like I was. I don’t understand why Hilton has someone so nasty like her working for there company it’s a disgrace. Breakfast is only scrambled eggs, bacon, or pancakes so not a lot of options. They messed up and charged my card again for the stay when I pre paid it plus they took out two different amounts for incidentals like this place needs to get there head out of there butts. Cars drive by hella bad like the speed limit isn’t 5 miles per hour so I had to literally get after a guy because he almost hit my nephew like slow down. From check in to check out I’ve only had problems on top of problems so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. I mean it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but that’s like the only thing going for it. STAY AWAY!!! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!

I’d like to state that customer service from the staff has been great. Everyone has been very eager to help with a good attitude.The beds are horrific, the headboard squeaks and the pillows feel like they are original to the property. The water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold, and as of right now we have run out of hot water completely, it’s what inspired this review.Staff 5/5, cookies 5/5, rest of stay 2/5

The hotel overall was fine. But not what I expected from the room rate. Staff was very helpful and polite but the rooms themselves could use some love and support. The bed seemed to be past it’s due date and needs to be brought up to standard ASAP. There were some very minimal paint chips on the walls and though small, go a long way. The couch in our room was also left half way unfolded with the bed frame just stick up and the couch ions themselves on the floor. If this were a 2 or 3 starred hotel I’d be pretty happy with the presentation but by no means would I rate this anything above a 3 currently.

Cool hotel, felt like I stepped a couple decades back in time. The location is great for getting to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The bed was comfortable and they had a good selection of pillows. The shower maintained pressure and temperature. As stated above, the decor is dated and the condition of the room I was in had a well used feel.

The hotel not bad. A nice standard Hilton double tree, however their front desk customer service needs to be fixed. If you can’t even help a guest check in to a hotel room they are paying money for. You should get a new job. I’ve strictly stay at Hilton hotels because of their amazing customer service but And hotels but danm. Giselle (if that’s how you spell it) and Ariana you need to be better.

This was probably a three star hotel before the pandemic, like probably five years before the pandemic. Now I would give is a one star rating. mostly driven by the lack of amenities on site, the run down condition of the facility and the seeming absence of workers on site. The room are dark and there are nowhere near enough electrical sockets to plug in your devices that need charging. the towels needed replacing a year ago and if you stay there you had better make sure you shower before 8am or else you will be out of hot water for the next several hours.

O Double Tree Hilton em Tempe / Phoniex foi uma estadia normal, acho, talvez abaixo da média para um Hilton Double Tree. Check-in por volta das 18h ou 19h. John, o recepcionista estava certo sobre o serviço. Deu-nos uma garrafa de água e 2 biscoitos. Surpreendentemente, os famosos biscoitos estavam estranhamente frios e duros, pareciam cozidos. Não estou julgando a permanência do cookie, mas os cookies Double Tree são sempre obrigatórios quando se hospedam. Verifique no quarto, o quarto parecia um pouco datado e cheirava a frango ou jantar de algum tipo. Definitivamente não cheirava fresco. O ar condicionado no quarto era bastante alto, mas fez o trabalho. Na manhã seguinte, g foi tomar o café da manhã de cortesia, mas me disseram que eles não oferecem café da manhã de cortesia a nenhum hóspede, independentemente de seu status no Hilton. Você pode ser um membro de ouro ou diamante, mas acho que isso não é mais uma coisa. A permanência foi média, os quartos foram médios. Não é um lugar ruim, mas não ótimo. Vale o dinheiro, eu acho.

Reservamos um quarto standard com cama de casal por alguns dias e ficamos satisfeitos com as acomodações. O cardápio de Milagro era curto, mas doce, e optei pelo hambúrguer robusto da casa em um pão de brioche torrado com um lado de tater tot. O barman foi atencioso e atencioso, garantindo que aproveitamos o ambiente e a refeição. A piscina (que tem o formato de um coração, de acordo com meus filhos) era o cenário perfeito para uma leitura ao lado da piscina, relaxe, combinada com uma área externa de jacuzzi. We booked a double bed standard room for a couple of days and was satisfied with the accommodations. Milagro's menu was short, but sweet and I opted for the beefy house burger on a toasted brioche bun with a side of tater tot. The bartender was attentive and considerate, ensuring that we enjoyed our environment and meal. The pool (which is shaped like a heart, according to my children) was the perfect setting for a poolside reading wind down, paired with a external jacuzzi area. This property is one of the few that I've seen to keep it together with the reopening of traveling opportunities. The missing star is for the customer service attitude and approach to service. Otherwise, I will definitely add this DoubleTree by Hilton hotel to my top Tempe Hilton faves.

The Double Tree Hilton in Tempe / Phoniex was a normal stay I guess, perhaps below par for a Hilton Double Tree. Checked in around 6 or 7 pm. John, the front desk clerk was spot on the service. Gave us a couple bottle of waters and 2 cookies. Surprising the famous cookies were oddly cold and hard, looked over cooked. I'm not judging the stay from the cookie, but Double Tree cookies are always a must when staying. Check in the room, the room looked a bit dated and smelled of chicken or dinner of some sort. Definitely did not smell fresh. The in room air conditioner was quite loud, but did the job. Next morning g went to grab some complimentary breakfast, however I was told that they don't provide complimentary breakfasts to any guests regardless of your Hilton status. You may be a gold or diamond member, but I guess that's not a thing anymore. The stay was average, the rooms were average. Not a bad place, but not great. Worth the Money I guess.

Los empleados son muy buena Gente, lo que no me gusto es que aire acondicionado no es central. Si uno montado debajo de la ventana, y el modo automatico no es muy consistente. Se apagaba y el cuarto se calentaba demasiado antes que se prenda de nuevo. La comida estuvo buena. La alberca estaba limpia.
