hospedado aqui para uma reunião de família. A equipe foi super legal. Quarto era bom, realmente gostei do chuveiro vs banheira/chuveiro. A cadeira da mesa deve ser substituída. O bistrô foi brilhante: bebidas, lanches, café. Piscina era muito convidativa. E muito perto das atrações do centro de Pittsburgh. Altamente recomendado

Stayed here for a family gathering. Staff was super nice. Room was good, really liked the shower vs tub/shower. The desk chair should be replaced. The bistro was brilliant: drinks, snacks, coffee. Pool was very inviting. And very close to downtown Pittsburgh attractions. Highly recommend

Infelizmente, estávamos aqui para um serviço memorial para um grande jovem que havia falecido. A gestão e os funcionários foram excelentes. Praticamente tudo o que os pais pediam ou sobre o que era acomodado. Aliás, os pais eram de fora do estado, portanto, a ajuda fornecida pela Double Tree foi apreciada por todos nós.Quando pedimos para um check-out mais tarde, até mesmo a recepção foi gentil e também ofereceu condolências.Difícil encontrar esse tipo de profissionalismo hoje em todas as facetas de uma organização.

Sadly we were here for a memorial service for a great young man who had passed. The management and staff were superb. Virtually anything the parents asked for or about was accommodated. BTW the parents were from out of state thus the help provided by Double Tree was appreciated by all of us. When we asked for a later check out time, even the front desk was gracious and also offered condolences. Hard to find this kind of professionalism today throughout every facet of an organization.

É difícil avaliar este hotel. A área da piscina foi divertido com a banheira de hidromassagem e piscina coberta ligada à piscina exterior. A comida e serviço no restaurante foi incrível! Mas ninguém atendeu quando liguei para a recepção 3 vezes. Os elevadores eram muito lentos. Também a banheira estava suja com cabelo. Eles apenas estocados 3 toalhas para um quarto com 2 camas queen size.

It is hard to rate this hotel. The pool area was fun with the hot tub and indoor pool connected to the outdoor pool. The food and service at the restaurant was amazing! But no one picked up when I called the front desk 3 times. The elevators were very slow. Also the tub was dirty with hair in it. They only stocked 3 towels for a room with 2 Queen beds.

Se Hospedaram três noites para uma convenção. O check-in foi tranquilo e simples. O nosso quarto era muito limpo e confortável. Toda a instalação é limpa e bem conservada. A equipe foi excelente. Eles foram simpáticos e prestativos em nos pegar um táxi. Eles foram acima e além para recuperar alguns pertences que nossos amigos deixaram para trás após o check-out e trazê-los para o nosso quarto para que pudéssemos levá-los para casa. Ficaríamos aqui novamente a qualquer hora.

Stayed three nights for a convention. Check in was smooth and simple. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The whole facility is clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and helpful getting us a taxi. They went above and beyond to retrieve some belongings our friends left behind after checkout and bring them to our room so that we could take them home to them. We would stay here again anytime.

A vibração deste lugar é um hotel antigo, um pouco sujo e básico do início dos anos 2000. Claro que eles têm toneladas de quartos e algumas comodidades, mas os quartos poderiam realmente usar um upgrade e uma boa limpeza profunda. Até mesmo os corredores realmente se beneficiariam com o vapor do carpete e uma nova camada de tinta. Dito isto, dormi bem e o preço é bom, então acho que o resultado final é apenas um hotel básico. Não é incrível nem terrível, mas em algum lugar no meio.

Que estadia terrível, economize seu dinheiro e fique em outro lugar.A descarga do banheiro estava quebrada, chamei alguém para consertar. Não foi consertado, então tive que levantar a tampa e lavar manualmente todas as vezes!Todas as toalhas estavam manchadas e sujas, assim como o quarto. A piscina não parece nada limpa.Zero privacidade no local e sem horas de silêncio, esteja preparado para acordar com música alta às 3 da manhã.A equipe foi útil e agradável principalmente, mas parece lugar não é bem gerido.No fim de semana, prepare-se para que algum grupo como Corvette Club ou Ordem de Alhambra alugue todo o local. As amenidades comuns são geralmente ocupadas por esses grupos.Mesmo os motéis mais baratos oferecem garrafas de água de cortesia, pelo preço que você paga, você mal consegue ar puro.Provavelmente uma coisa do Hilton, mas até para se conectar ao trabalho, você tem que criar uma conta, dar todas as suas informações, é só dor e por uma conexão muito instável.

Service started off great the first day. On the second day, the housekeepers were told we were checking out after we booked our room for three days. The shower had a very slow drain; water standing. On the third day, housekeeping didn't clean the room and when I asked the front desk for towels for two i only got towels for one person. Very small bathroom as well.

The vibe of this place is old, slightly dirty, basic hotel from the early 2000s. Sure they have tons of rooms and some amenities, but the rooms could really use an upgrade and a good deep cleaning. Even the hallways would really benefit from carpet steaming and a fresh coat of paint. That said I slept fine and the price is good so I think the end result is a just your basic hotel. It is neither amazing nor terrible, but somewhere in between.

What a terrible stay, save your money and stay elsewhere.The flush in the bathroom was broken, called someone to fix it. It wasn’t fixed, so had to lift the lid and manually flush every time!All the towels were stained and dirty, so is room. The pool doesn’t look clean at all.Zero privacy in the place and no quiet hours, be prepared to wake up to loud music at 3 am.The staff was helpful and nice mostly, but looks like place is not managed well.Over the weekend, be prepared that some group such as Corvette Club or Order of Alhambra renting out the whole place. Common amenities are usually occupied by these groups.Even the cheapest motels give a complimentary bottles of water, for the price you pay, you barely get clean air.Probably a Hilton thing, but to even connect to work, you have to create an account, give all your info, it is just pain and for a very unstable connection.

Ficou para um torneio de hóquei. A equipe foi super amigável. Check-in e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em nosso quarto. Depois que a manutenção parou e não conseguiu consertá-la, eles mudaram nosso quarto rapidamente e depois seguiram em uma hora para garantir que estávamos satisfeitos com nosso novo quarto. Stayed for a hockey tournament. Staff was super friendly. Checked in and the air conditioning wasn't working in our room. After maintenance stopped and couldn't fix it, they changed our room quickly and then followed up in an hour to make sure we were satisfied with our new room. Hotel was clean with a very nice pool area. As a travel agent, I would highly recommend this hotel for my large groups!!!!

Lo único que destaco de esta hotel es la atención del personal. No me Gusta hacer críticas negativas pero este hotel no tiene absolutamente nada bueno, es la segunda vez que vengo aquí, las habitaciones huelen raro, como a orín, no están bien limpias, solo tienes un jabón en el baño, no hay toallas suficientes, la caja de seguridad no funciona, pedí que me trataran de solucionar esto y en ningún momento vinieron q brindarme una respuesta. La alarma de incendio suena constantemente y hay un ruido molesto como a turbina ensordecedor que es imposible dormir. Debo destacar el horroroso olor de este hotel, un día tuve que ir a pedir cosas para limpiar yo la habitación. Lamentablemente solo puedo destacar el buen servicio del personal, el resto es un espanto. Y consideremos que por el fin de semana las habitaciones han tenido un costo mayor a 200 dólares por día. Este hotel NO es recomendable!
