“I did not end up booking the room. I had booked a room for my daughter a few nights earlier at airport Hilton. All was great as usual. When i went to book another room at the Hilton Doubletree the receptionist told me I would have to fill in a credit card authorization form first. She was very rude and told me that is the rules at That Property. The fact that I would need to do this was not the issue. It was that she was so rude about it. I booked my daughter in the Best Western Plus, which I am also a loyalty member. Hilton WAS always my first choice. Not anymore.”

“We had our staff Christmas party here . The show at the Mayfield dinner theatre that is attached is fantastic. Lots of parking in a safe lot.
Rooms are clean however, the beds are soft and the room could use an update.
The staff we had any interactions with were all super friendly and professional!”
