Quartos bastante espaçosos

Adoro este hotel pelo conforto e me sinto em posso cozinhar se quiser para mim é importante 🤣🤣

A equipe foi incrível. Todo mundo que encontrei foi muito cortês. O próprio hotel está desatualizado e precisa de grandes reformas. Meu quarto era espaçoso, mas desatualizado e claramente desgastado. O carpete e os móveis estavam gastos e precisavam ser substituídos. Até os eletrodomésticos da cozinha estavam gastos ou enferrujados. O elevador estava instável e de má qualidade também. Eu provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente, a menos que houvesse uma grande reforma neste hotel. Excelente equipe… hotel antigo.

I was with a group of people with LifeWallet sports. We were in the hotel staying overnight before and after our trip to college station for the Miami versus Texas A&M game. The breakfast that morning was outstanding. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good to go in there. I would highly recommend it.

The staff was amazing. Everyone I encountered was very courteous. The hotel itself is outdated and is in need of major renovations. My room was spacious but outdated and clearly worn. The carpet and furniture were worn and needed replacing. Even the appliances in the kitchen were worn or rusted. The elevator was shaky and shoddy as well. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless there was a major renovation to this hotel. Great staff…old hotel.

My stay was mediocre. The room was somewhat nice and comfy, but there weren’t any supplies in the kitchen. Also, the toilet seat was broken. The beds were comfy. Nice view of the pool. Living room furniture was a bit dated. The toilet set was broken and loose upon arrival. One of the screws fell off the first time I lifted the seat. I didn’t fell like reporting it at the time because it was manageable, but annoying. I didn’t want to be inconvenienced by either leaving the room or having someone come in the room.

Uma das melhores árvores duplas, adoro o fato de ser um prédio alto com quartos com varanda. Alguns quartos estão um pouco desgastados, mas parece que a gerência tenta manter as coisas atualizadas regularmente. Além disso, esta é a única propriedade Hilton em que fiquei (mais de 150 noites por ano, todos os EUA) que tem comunicação perfeita por meio do aplicativo Hilton e mensagens de texto. Eu sempre sei quando um upgrade está disponível e também posso sempre usar minha chave digital para estacionar, um achado muito raro!

One of the best double trees out there, I love the fact it’s a high rise with balcony rooms. Some rooms are a little worn but it seems that management tries to keep things updated regularly. Also this is the only Hilton property I’ve stayed at (150+ nights a year, all US) that has seamless communication via the Hilton app and texts. I always know when a upgrade is available and also I am able to always use my digital key for parking, a very rare find!

Muy mal atendido el hotel. Ya no tiene restaurante, ahora es solo un desayuno marítimo por la mañana, tipo holiday Inn Express... de verdad decepcionante. El primer día no había agua caliente para bañarte, el segundo día no había agua fría!!!! En verdad decepcionante

To stay by the Galleria in Houston with a Balcony fun right. Only problem it’s a holiday weekend and only 2 elevators worked. Other than that everything was great wait NO!!!! Checking out valet looses our ticket waiting 30 minutes still no car. I had to go and look for the key to get our car. Valet was super awesome any other crew but our Sunday morning crew was trash, the hotel was great , housekeeping was superb, just the elevator and valet suck

Eu vou para Houston cerca de uma vez por mês. Este hotel foi o hotel em que fiquei cada vez que fui a Houston por um ano até recentemente.O bom: Perto da galeria (a pé) Eu pessoalmente gosto do café da manhã. A equipe da recepção sempre foi acolhedora!O mal: Pessoal de manobrista: Todos eles foram trabalhadores respeitosos gentis até a última vez que fiquei lá. O homem que trabalhou com o manobrista naquela noite (27 de março de 2022) foi extremamente rude e muito desrespeitoso.Os quartos estão desatualizados e precisam de uma reforma. Nas duas últimas vezes que fiquei lá, a água quente não funcionou. Na primeira vez, não me importei e apenas contei à equipe quando fiz o check-out. Eles me forneceram pontos Hilton em troca. Na segunda vez troquei de quarto.Eu consideraria ficar neste hotel novamente se os quartos fossem mais atualizados e se eu soubesse que a água quente estaria funcionando.

É um saco misturado aqui. Venho a esta área porque a sede da minha empresa fica a uma curta distância a pé. Eu vim aqui em agosto passado e estava tudo bem. Hoje eu vim aqui e tudo estava um pouco rochoso. Não consegui fazer o check-in normalmente aqui porque algo está errado com o sistema de cartão de crédito. Depois que resolvemos o problema, fui transferido para outro quarto 5 níveis acima porque aquele em que fiz check-in digital (às 16h) não estava pronto para mim às 5. Não é grande coisa, mas desperdiçou cerca de meia hora de meu tempo tentando fazê-lo funcionar.Ouvi de um colega de trabalho que ele não está mais aqui porque o problema da água quente que está acontecendo há um tempo não foi corrigido, mas vi os caras corrigindo isso hoje. Então vamos ver quando eu vou tomar banho em um momento. Mas eu tenho que esperar porque meu quarto não tinha panos e eu tive que ligar para a recepção para alguns e ainda estou esperando por eles. O que eu gostei no meu quarto é que, em comparação com a última vez, meu ar-condicionado está gelando. E sendo de NJ, eu simplesmente não consigo lidar com o clima úmido aqui, então isso foi bom. E estou feliz que eles não tenham esses limites estúpidos de baixa temperatura como alguns outros grandes hotéis fazem.Então, no geral, não é nada espetacular, mas nada horrível. Eu venho para a área com relativa frequência, então provavelmente estarei atualizando minha revisão à medida que a visito e os problemas são resolvidos ou mais aparecem. Honestamente, tudo o que realmente me mantém hospedado aqui é a fidelidade Hilton, porque quero que os pontos me ajudem a ter uma estadia de férias grátis ainda este ano. Se eu estiver sem pontos no final disso, provavelmente abrirei um Marriott rewards e ficarei no lugar deles no futuro, se parecer melhor

Absolutamente ótima experiência. Os quartos são incríveis! Cada um tem uma pequena varanda que eu adoro. Fica a uma curta caminhada do shopping Galleria, Tom e Tom's Coffee (o café é ótimo). A cama é super macia. Ame a cozinha, você pode cozinhar e armazenar alimentos para uma família grande. O serviço do hotel foi excelente. Minha família e eu tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaria totalmente.

I go to Houston about once a month. This hotel was the hotel I stayed at each time I went to Houston for a year until recently. The good: Near the galleria (walking distance) I personally like the breakfast. Front desk staff have always been welcoming! The bad: Valet staff: They have all been kind respectful workers until the last time I stayed there. The man that worked the valet that night (March 27,2022) was extremely rude and was very disrespectful. Rooms are out of date and need a renovation. The last two times I stayed there the hot water didn’t work. The first time, I didn’t mind it and just told the staff when I checked out. They provided me Hilton points in return. The second time I switched rooms. I would consider staying at this hotel again if the rooms were more updated and if I knew the warm water would be working.

It's a mixed bag here. I come to this area because my company HQ is walking distance nearby. I came here last August and everything was fine. Today I came here and everything was a bit rocky. I couldn't check in normally here because something is messed up with their credit card system. After we did get the issue worked out, I was reassigned to another room 5 levels up because the one that I digitally checked into (for 4pm) was not ready for me at 5. Not a big deal but it wasted about half an hour of my time trying to get it worked out. I heard from a co-worker he is no longer staying here because the hot water issue that's been going on for a while hasn't been fixed, but I saw the guys fixing it today. So we'll see when I go to take a shower in a moment. But I have to wait because my room had no washcloths and I had to call the front desk for some and I'm still waiting on them. What I did like about my room is that, compared to last time, my AC is blowing ice cold. And being from NJ, I just can't handle the humid weather down here, so that was good. And I'm glad that they don't have those stupid-low temperature limits like some other big hotels do. So overall, it's nothing spectacular but nothing horrible. I come to the area relatively frequently so I'll probably be updating my review as I visit and the problems get worked out or more pop up. Honestly, all that's really keeping me staying here is Hilton loyalty because I want the points to help give me a free vacation stay later this year. If I'm all out of points at the end of that, I'll probably open a Marriott rewards and stay at their place down the road if it seems better

Absolutely great experience. The rooms are amazing! Each has a small balcony which I love. It is walking distance to the Galleria mall, Tom and Tom's Coffee (coffee is great). The bed are super soft. Love the kitchen you can cook and store food for a large family. The hotel service was superb. My family and I had a great experience and would totally go back.

Pésimo servicio, la gente nada amable. 2 horas esperando y no aparecía nuestra reservación. . Te cobran el estacionamiento en vez de agregarlo al costo de la habitación. Nada recomendable

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero con instalaciones que deben renovarse y con una gran oportunidad en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento.

Horriblemente sucio y mal oliente, nada que ver con un hotel hilton ni con el precio, la verdad lo malo fue que pagamos por adelantado si no la verdad no nos quedabamos, sufriamos cada que debiamos entrar al hotel en verdad huele a cucaracha, los colchones en pÉsimas condiciones al igual que todo el hotel

Hotel decuidado y con falta de mantenimiento. teniamos dos habitaciones y una olia muchisimo a cigarro y no pudimos dormir la primera noche. mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas. el desayuno deja mucho que desear y no se puede servir uno, lo sirve una encargada. deja mucho que desear el mantenimiento del hotel

Para mí un buen hotel es que más allá de los lujos y amenidades que pueda tener lo que cuenta es la limpieza y así es este DoubleTree. Hotel bastante limpio en sus habitaciones y áreas comunes. El servicio es muy amable de todos en especial del chef y el barman (jajaja). Lo no tan bueno es que en alguna partes se nota el desgaste de las alfombras y otros detalles pero no merma el tema de limpieza. Algo excelente es la ubicación. Tiene de toda a menos de 10min caminando. Así que es una buena opción cuando estés en Houston Texas.

Hay gente muy amable y si solo vas un fin de semana es soportable. Si vas más día prepárate para el peor dolor de espalda, alergias por la alfombra sucia y malos tratos por parte de algunos trabajadores. Le hace falta una remodelación que con muy poca inversión en mantenimiento sería un mejor hotel.

El staff es muy servicial y amable. Si bien el lobby ha sufrido una gran remodelación, las habitaciones han quedado un poco antiguas. Tiene un gimnasio pequeño con cintas, elípticos, poleas y pesos libres
