Bom, mas poderia ter sido muito melhor. Nós estávamos lá com 205 crianças com a banda marcial. Sabíamos que os quartos não seriam limpos, no entanto, o lixo não foi esvaziado uma vez durante a estadia e todas as toalhas sujas foram retiradas de TODO o quarto e NÃO substituídas por outras limpas. Agora, imagine ter mais de 200 crianças e 30 funcionários e acompanhantes correndo para pegar toalhas limpas depois de um longo dia de banho. As crianças foram orientadas a não sair de seus quartos, mas o que deveriam fazer?

Good but could have been much better. We were just there with 205 kids with the marching band. We knew rooms would not be cleaned however trash was not emptied once during the stay and all of the dirty towels were taken from ALL of the room and NOT replaced with clean ones. Now just imagine having 200+ kids and 30 staff and chaperones who were running around to get clean towels after a long day to take showers. Kids were told to not leave their rooms but what were they to do?

Até mesmo o hotel apareceu como hotel 4 estrelas, o cheiro do quarto e o barulho do ventilador eram como os de hotéis 2 estrelas. Além disso, as paredes eram super finas e ouvimos quase tudo da porta ao lado. Tão comum foi uma experiência ruim, parecia um hotel 4 estrelas e no final acabou como um hotel 2 estrelas. Se você quer apenas dormir e desesperado, está tudo bem para dormir, mas eu não recomendo as pessoas para ficarem neste hotel.

Even the hotel showed up as 4 star hotel, the smell of the room and the noise of the fan was like the ones from 2-star hotels. Also the walls were super thin and We heard almost everything from the next door. So average it was a poor experience, It looked like a 4 star hotel and at the end, ended up as a 2-Star hotel. If you just want to sleep and desperate, it is just ok to sleep but, I don`t recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Disappointed by the lack of cleanliness at the DoubleTree and the fact that staff do not enforce mask wearing within the common areas. This hotel used to have a higher standard of quality and service before the pandemic.

It had a great rate for a very modern, clean, and comfortable accommodations. However, there were a few things that really made me think twice about ever staying there again. Examples include but are not limited to no microwave in the room, extremely rude guest services (Eli), and they charged an exorbitant fee for their wifi even though wifi is clearly included in the advertised free amenities.

O hotel está bem remodelado e moderno. A equipe é atenciosa e amistosa. O cookie de check-in também é um toque agradável. $ 10 para estacionamento. O quarto parecia bastante bem à prova de som. Não ouvi muito barulho no corredor.

The hotel is nicely remodeled and modern. The staff is helpful and friendly. The check in cookie is a nice touch too. $10 for parking. The room seemed fairly well soundproofed. Didn't hear much hallway noise.

The check in staff were not very pleasant or helpful. I had to ask how to find the elevator and rooms. The access was around the dining area and not visible from the check in counter. In addition, it just didn't feel inviting. The rooms decor, carpeting and furniture are old and dated. The carpets are torn and not very well vacuumed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Em geral, a qualidade do hotel está acima da média dos demais Doubletree onde eu me hospedei. Quartos novos. Estacionamento cortesia. Boa localização entre LA e Anheim e relativamente perto do aeroporto.

Clean room, fresh linens and towels, clean modern bathroom. We did have to call twice about needing more towels, toilet paper, garbage bags. We called around 9am, left for the day around 12pm and came back around midnight and no one had brought the stuff up. They did promptly bring it up when we called the 2nd time at night. Did catch the smell of weed in the hallways but did not smell it in our room which was good. Police Station and courts right next door. Would stay again. Like many other hotels the bar, restaurant, fitness room are closed because of covid

To whomever it may concern. This Hotel and its staff are exemplary & a image of how more businesses should be ran. When a confrontation happened with i and another guest based on our disagreements, the General Manager Orlando S, was above and beyond, his deescalation skills, people skills and overall management I really admired. Him & his staff’s help allowed my family to continue to feel comfortable even though there was a hiccup, we were shown you can move on and we can all work together as one. We spent three nights at this hotel, which the location was great! The rooms were excellent and super clean. But the most fantastic and amazing thing here was the service. The staff was very friendly and flexible. They provided the type of service that any guest would like to get. We will see you again and recommend you highly to all of our friends and colleagues.

A equipe foi muito educada e acolhedora. O hotel foi completamente reservado durante todo o tempo que estivemos aqui e ainda está muito quieto. Os quartos são agradáveis e super limpos. As camas são confortáveis, o AC funciona bem, o carpete é bem limpo, não parecia sujar nossas meias ou pés. Houve apenas um problema e é meio grande, mas todo o resto foi tão bom, então eu ainda acho que este lugar merece 4 estrelas. O único problema era que demorava uma eternidade para o tanque do vaso sanitário encher, então quando tivemos que dar descarga mais de uma vez, foi um problema. Meu marido e eu acabamos enchendo o tanque nós mesmos com água da banheira usando o copo de banho de nosso filho cada vez que tínhamos que usar o banheiro. Foi meio chato, mas, além disso, todo o resto foi ótimo. O restaurante estava fechado devido ao covid, mas isso não é culpa deles, a piscina estava aberta, mas você tem que fazer uma reserva para usá-la na recepção e é apenas por uma hora, mas felizmente fomos capazes de ir todos os dias ficamos lá e todos seguiram o Regra de 1h, então isso foi útil. Eles garantiram que minha família ganhasse um biscoito de graça todos os dias, o que foi legal da parte deles. Nós só vimos 4 membros da equipe todo esse tempo que estivemos aqui e, embora todo este lugar esteja reservado, eles parecem estar no topo de tudo e sempre super amigáveis. Esta é a nossa segunda vez aqui este ano. Nós voltaremos.

They refused my service for no reason

Staff was really polite and accommodating. The hotel has been completely booked the whole time we've been here and it's still been very quiet. Rooms are nice and super clean. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, carpet is pretty clean, it didn't seem to dirty our socks or feet at all. There was only one problem and it's kinda big but everything else was so great so I still think this place deserves 4 stars. So the only problem was that it took forever for the tank on the toilet to fill up so when we had to flush more than once, it was a problem. My husband and I just ended up filling up the tank ourselves with water from the bathtub using our son's bath cup each time we had to use the restroom. Just kind of hassle but besides that, everything else was great. Restaurant was closed due to covid but that's not their fault, pool was open but you have to make a reservation to use it at the front desk and it's only for one hour but luckily we were able to go everyday we stayed there and everybody followed the 1hr rule so that was helpful. They did make sure my family got a free cookie each day so that was nice of them. We've only seen 4 staff members this whole time we've been here and although this whole place is booked, they seem to be on top of everything and always super friendly. This is our second time here this year. We'll be coming back.

Este lugar é tão limpo e arrumado, a única coisa agora com todo o covid é que você deve reservar um tempo para estar na piscina ou no pátio da piscina e terá apenas 50 minutos. Isso tem seus prós e contras sobre o local onde a piscina é mais limpa e o spa. O restaurante / bar dentro do hotel não está aberto.

This place is so neat and clean the only thing now with the whole covid is that you must reserve a time to be in the pool or pool patio and you get 50 mins only.That has its pros and cons as to where the pool is cleaner as well as the spa.The restaurant/ bar inside the hotel is not open.

Hotel antiguo, recientemente remodelado pero sigue siendo viejo. Les falto remodelar la bañera que estaba muy desgastado, y el piso de alfombra estaba tan sucio y manchado que sentia que la vereda de la calle estaba mas limpia que la alfombra de mi habitacion. El precio fue elevado en comparacion a lo que recibimos. De los cuatro dias de estadia, un dia no nos hicieron el servicio de limpieza de la habitacion. La atencion en la recepciom fue buena pero de todos modos no recomiendo este hotel. Por precios mas bajos se consiguen mejores hoteles.
