“This place was very nice! We'd stayed at Secrets in Cancun the previous year and thought we'd try a sister property. Secrets has them beat when it comes to the room. The room was just a regular room here and the trees pretty much blocked our view of the ocean. We didn't bother asking to change rooms since they'd already mentioned they were full to capacity. The food absolutely sucked! I have decided we will no longer do all inclusive in Mexico. You are paying 4-5 star prices and getting 2 star food but with5 star service. The property was really nice and the drinks were okay too.The view of the ocean is pretty amazing. We took a quick dip in the pool and used the swim up bar which was pretty cool. Service was great for our entire stay! I would stay again but no time soon. I feel I could get the same experience staying a bit cheaper at some of the other properties nearby.”
