“I gave this a one because the front desk gal was nasty and racist. I say this because I came in and asked if they have vacancies because according to online they did and when I went in she told me that there was no vacancies but then there's a couple that came in behind me that did not have a reservation the same as I but she told them that she had room so I thought that that was really unfair and nasty so I don't think that I would ever stay at one of or again at this hotel and I really think that they need to address this front desk staff and give her some more training on diversity and being a good customer service rep for this company.”

“Me alojé aquí en un viaje de negocios. Llegué tarde en la noche me levanté a mi habitación y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Llamé a la recepción y el empleado dijo que no había otras habitaciones para cambiarme a mí también, y que el auditor nocturno estaría registrando, en 30 minutos y luego se levantaría para mirarlo. Nadie vino a revisar el aire acondicionado. Al hacer el check out, informé al recepcionista de la situación y me informaron que se suponía que debía llamar para decirle que no estaba funcionando y que había una falta de comunicación entre él y el otro empleado. Fue muy grosero al igual que el otro empleado. He crecido toda mi vida yendo a los hoteles Marriott y no volveré a reservar en este lugar. El servicio al cliente es imprescindible en la industria hotelera y hotelera. Me cuesta mucho dejar una mala crítica sobre cualquier cosa... ¡pero esto fue horrible!
