“One of the most hospitable, gracious staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I have stayed at a variety of hotels, but the staff at this one was 5 star +. I had called earlier in the week to get an accessible room, and they were so helpful. Then, when I checked out, the person at the front desk remembered that call, and said she had been thinking of us and wondered how it worked out for us. Really incredible. A basic, 2 star hotel. Comfortable, clean. Room had a slight odor when we entered, I sprinkled a little peppermint essential oil and we were good. Sidewalks were kept nice a clean after some blowing snow, no concerns about falling in the parking lot.”
