O quarto era espaçoso e limpo o suficiente. As camas foram confortáveis e a equipe é muito simpática e parecem aproveitar seus trabalhos. É surpreendente a quantidade de diferença que faz de manhã quando você está saindo ou quando está fazendo o check-in. Uma pessoa boa e um sorriso ajudam muito a tornar uma longa viagem menos complicada. O café da manhã é a sua tarifa normal do hotel, então não tenho queixas. Tudo em todos um lugar muito agradável.

Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos. A cama era confortável e os lençóis eram macios. As toalhas, por outro lado, não eram tão macias. A recepção foi amistosa e atenciosa - tivemos algumas ligações para perguntas e alguns itens necessários. Nos quartos, você podia ouvir as pessoas no corredor se elas estivessem conversando. A maior coisa que eu achei não gostar sobre esse hotel foi a limpeza da piscina / banheira de hidromassagem. Ambos não eram tão limpos e claros como eu esperaria. A água da banheira de hidromassagem estava levemente cinza e o fundo da piscina parecia sujo. O café da manhã de cortesia era decente, nada de especial, mas tinha boa variedade. Havia muitas pessoas quando tomamos café da manhã, então, na verdade, comprar alimentos / bebidas foi uma dor.

The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The towels on the other hand, were not so soft. The front desk was friendly and helpful - we had a few calls down to them for questions and some needed items. In the rooms, you could hear the people in the hallway if they were talking. The biggest thing I found to dislike about this hotel was the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub. They both were not as clean and clear as I would expect. The hot tub water was slightly gray and the bottom of the pool looked dirty. The complimentary breakfast was decent, nothing special but had good variety. There was a lot of people when we are breakfast, so actually getting food/beverages was a pain.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. It's surprising how much of a difference that makes in the morning when you are headed out or when you're checking in. A nice person and a smile go a long way to making a long trip less cumbersome. The breakfast is your standard hotel fare so no complaints there. All in all a very nice place.

Had a reservation then was told they don't have a room available. Took a pending hit on my account and slept in the car that night. Receptionist seen my name as a reservation and still apparently had nothing available. She was very nice and understanding but this is a bit egregious that I paid money for a room, couldn't get it, but also took an account hit. Makes no sense. Not relying in them again.

Power was out in the area. Not their fault, but it would have been nice if they would have maybe helped to find another hotel for people who needed power/AC for health reasons.

The staff was great! They were really polite and friendly. The room was clean and good sized. Nothing about the stood out as great but nothing was bad either. I'd stay there again for sure.
