Overall, very unimpressed with a hotel that carries such a great reputation with the name. Beginning at check in, it took 2-3 hours to get fully checked in after the designated check-in time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and I definitely appreciate their hard work especially during the pandemic and this busy, hot season. The issue is definitely the systems put in place that were consistently INEFFICIENT. Next, we were booked into a room with air conditioning however due to the long wait were given the opportunity to have an “upgraded room”. This upgraded room had no air conditioning and small fans that did not provide us with enough comfort during 35 + degree weather. We had a dog with us which made it even more stressful having a poor cooling system in the room. One of the sockets in our room broke after using the microwave for two seconds and after requesting maintenance, the power was brought back but quickly went away again. The only thing that made our stay enjoyable was the property, the activities available, and the amazing staff who were very responsive and kind. This hotel needs to provide better accommodations for their guests and be better equipped for hot summers. I recommend finding another place to stay in Jasper this summer, one equipped with the right accommodations and for a much cheaper price.

So me and my family went to the restaurant and we ordered two kids dinners (chicken fingers and macaroni) and a margarita flat bread and the oysters, chicken wings, fish and chips. The kids orders and the flatbread and the wings were perfectly fine. But the rest was dreadful. The oysters tasted really off while the fish was soggy which was meant to be crispy. The server was wonderful though! He was very nice and thoughtful, I wish I knew his name so I could give him the great boost but I don’t. Hopefully next time the food will be better

My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our ten year anniversary. From the moment we arrived , it was clear it was going to be a wonderful stay as the service was amazing. As soon as we arrived we were treated as royalty! Staff went above and beyond to make ensure we had a magical stay. The view of the mountains and lake is breathtaking. On top of that- Such beautiful grounds and cabins. So clean and fresh. And the beds are so comfortable-nothing compares. We were sad that the restaurants and patios were closed due to Covid (it was expected) but we were able to get whatever we needed from the lounge to go! Can’t wait to come back.

Got a great deal through a third party which made this stay worth it. Beautiful grounds but unfortunately most amenities are closed. Great customer service. Enjoyed in room dining salads and pasta. They removed the resort fees per night but now charge quite a bit to rent activity equipment ($30 /1 hr per bike) A 5 -7 minute drive outside the town of Jasper offers great privacy and tons of trails to explore.
