“Loved my experience! The hotel is well located and they have a fantastic view all around it. We ate at their two restaurants and they were great! The terrasse is a must, you should walk around. There is one thing that disappointed me. The rooms are a bit old and could need a little upgrade… except that, it is worth it!
The staff are friendly and helpful!! You should consider their suggestions when it comes to activities around the hotel.”

“There is so much I want say. Positive points: great location, amazing views and great staff( from the usher to the employee at the swimming pool)
Negative points: overpriced rooms for the services that had been listed but not offered-1 restaurant opened instead of 4 as listed on the website- poor customer service from the service Royal -essentials are missing in the room, water left in the ice bucket and in the kettle ( that is not clean for me)
For all that we left 1day early for a vacation that is more than overdue. The management team is not doing their job, just sitting in their office and believing people are desperate for vacation in their hotel well news flash there are others motel/ bed&breakfast in the area. I love that region specially the Manoir Richelieu because I had my wedding in that hotel, what a disappointment. I will definitely go back to Charlevoix but by booking a motel or a hosted . Don’t waiste your money in services you won’t have !!!”
