“Do you even have a housekeeping staff? Dirtiest room I've ever seen, nothing had been cleaned upon check in other than the beds made. We complained and they came and still barely touched anything. We complained yet again and they came and picked up debris from carpet and that's about it. The front desk was extremely polite and friendly every time. We felt bad having to complain so much. We should have just checked out and went somewhere else. There was hair all over disgusting bathroom and stuff all over the carpet so obviously it had not even been vaccumed. Layers of dust all over furniture. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel which was so disappointing because the hotel is beautiful and location is great!”

“Excellent property with consistent and top notch service. One of the few true 5 star hotel experiences in the area. COVID restrictions were handled professionally, and in room dining quality was good. While we cant wait for normality to return to the property, it still provided a a superb location for a recharge and night away from home.”
