“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded. We stayed in a 2-bedroom pool villa. Our butlers were amazing and delivered on all of our requests without delay and at high quality. We used the kids pools, the kids club, spent some time at the beach and by the pool in our villa. All was amazing. In my opinion, the following improvements would lead to a 5-star rating:- food quality; we ate at the hotel often and spent much more money than we would have outside the compound. However, every time we ventured out, we got better tasting food at lower prices. The breakfast buffet is nice, though. - construction; there is currently construction between the main pool and the beach, of which the hotel informed us a few weeks before our arrival. I think this could have been postponed to off season.All in all, I would return. A great place for families with children with absolutely lovely staff!”
