“They use covid as an excuse to be lazy. I was told that gym was fully booked. I found that hard to believe, so I walked to the gym and checked myself. I figured there was a good chance someone would not show up for their reservation. It was empty. Then they sent in a guy to close the gym in front of me. They are just too lazy to clean the gym, so they do everything in their power to prevent guests from using it. Staff prefers to stand at the reception doing nothing.”
